Aubrie Dedicatoria

Aubrie has over seven years of experience with the commercial real estate industry in Hawaii. She was most recently a commercial review appraiser at First Hawaiian Bank.

Carianne Natalizia

Carianne Natalizia is Ponsar Valuation's Administrative Assistant, in charge of the collection of initial property data for our appraisal assignments, job tracking, invoicing, workfiles, and client care. Carianne is a skilled manager and administrator, with experience across several industries, including working for one of the largest luxury home brokers in Southern California where she was a realtor assistant, researching and compiling MLS data. She honed her customer service skills as a client relationship manager for a high-tech firm with international responsibilities for accounts up to $5 million. She has also owned her own design consultation business, serving luxury homeowners in the Denver area. Carianne is an avid participant in community groups and non-profit organizations.

Chris Ponsar

Chris Ponsar, MAI, SRA, the 2017 President of the Hawaii Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, is a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser with strong expertise in Hawaii's Resort and Industrial sectors. He has been engaged as an expert witness and arbitrator in a variety of ground rent reset and litigation matters. Chris has extensive experience valuing real property in every master-planned resort in the State of Hawaii, including luxury/oceanfront estate holdings, timeshare/fractional developments, and proposed subdivisions and condominiums He continues to play an integral role in numerous commercial/industrial ground rent renegotiations in urban Honolulu.

Colin "Ziggy" Jewell

In July 2010, Mr. Jewell began his appraisal career at the Jack Poe Company, Inc. Mr. Jewell has experience with a wide range of commercial real property types including office buildings, retail centers, medical offices, industrial, apartments, land, hotels, farm and ranch properties, and marinas. Ziggy has completed Yellow Book appraisal assignments for the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Ziggy Jewell, MAI, is a Designated Appraiser at Ponsar Valuation. Ziggy was born and raised on a family ranch on the island of Hawaii (Big Island). He earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Texas A&M University-Commerce.

Curtis Bedwell

Curtis Bedwell, MAI, is a Designated Appraiser at Ponsar Valuation. While majoring in Community and Regional Planning, Curtis was a Project Planner with the Iowa Department of Transportation. He then worked with a Wireless Communication company in site development. His interest and grasp of real estate concepts and land use led him to pursue the appraisal field. Curtis became an appraiser for Rally Appraisal in the Quad Cities being licensed in Iowa and Illinois for many years and later relocated to Kauai to be near family. Mr. Bedwell worked for the County of Kauai as the Commercial Assessor with this experience giving him a strong grasp of the idiosyncrasies of the Kauai market.In 2013 Curtis was recruited by Colliers International to bring his Kauai expertise into their Hawaii valuation firm. Mr. Bedwell, being the only MAI designated appraiser residing on the island of Kauai, founded Kauai Valuation in 2017 and is respected throughout the state for his knowledge of the intricacies of the Kauai market. Curtis' valuations have included, but are not limited to: Industrial, Commercial, Shopping Centers, Strip Malls, Hotels, Proposed Subdivisions, Condominium Development, Complex Residential Properties, Auto Dealerships, Self-Storage Units, Golf Courses, Agricultural, Mixed Use Properties, Tax Increment Financing Analysis. Davey Andrew

Born and raised in Hawaii, Davey graduated from Punahou School in 2014 before attending the University of San Diego. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from USD in 2018 with a double major in Finance and Real Estate. Prior to joining Ponsar Valuation, Davey worked as an Analyst in the Strategic Finance Department at Caesars Entertainment Corporation in Las Vegas. Jaelyn Villanueva

Jaelyn is well versed in both commercial and residential valuation and has experience in both front-end appraisal research as well as property and tenant database management. Her recent work as an appraiser for CBRE Valuation and Advisory Services in Hawaii involved research, analysis, and reporting for a variety of real estate types throughout the state. Jaelyn holds an associate degree in Liberal Arts from Kapiolani Community College, a bachelor's degree in English from Hawaii Pacific University, and is currently a practicing affiliate with the Appraisal Institute. Before joining Ponsar Valuation as an Associate, Jaelyn Villanueva was with the Hallstrom Group since 2005 as an appraiser and research analyst.

Jen Baker

Jen Baker is Operations Manager for Ponsar Valuation, working closely with Mr. Ponsar and the PV team to deliver timely and insightful valuations to clients. Her prior experience includes 25 years of commercial real estate lending, asset management, and bank appraisal management, including successful stints at GE Real Estate, Bank of Hawaii, and Central Pacific Bank. Jen is a long-time Hawaii resident, who graduated from University of Hawaii-Manoa, and earned her MBA from Hawaii Pacific University. Jen is an avid fan of the Oakland Raiders, although the jury is still out on if she is a fan of the Las Vegas Raiders.

Robert Spangler

Robert Spangler, MAI, is a Designated Appraiser at Ponsar Valuation. He has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial appraisal industry. In November 2020, Robert joined Ponsar Valuation to establish the firm's Maui County office. Prior to joining PV, Robert had a successful career as a sole practitioner in Southern California before relocating to Maui in 2010.

Senyondo Vicent

As a Researcher at Ponsar Valuation, Senyondo tracks sale and lease listings in Hawaii across all islands and product types and is responsible for maintaining publicly available market data in Ponsar Valuation's state of the art online database. Senyondo has previously worked as an appraiser trainee at WROK Valuation Consultants, a medium sized appraisal firm in Uganda. At WROK, he assisted in the collection, research, and analysis of data for senior staff to use in formulating opinions of real estate market value for dispute resolution, mortgage underwriting, acquisition/disposition, portfolio analysis, and rating/taxation purposes. After being mentored in college by Chris Ponsar, MAI, SRA, Senyondo graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Land Economics from Makarere University, the top-ranked university in Uganda. Senyondo is passionate about real estate, and his enthusiasm and work ethic inspires the PV team.

Steve Broberg

Steve brings his talents in research, writing, and editing, as well as his experience helping grow a nation-wide mortgage lending firm into the leader in their market segment to the real estate appraisal process. Before joining the Ponsar Valuation team, Steve worked in a wide range of industries including entertainment, education, information technology, procurement & distribution, medical supplies, recruiting & hiring, and ministry. He holds degrees in Philosophy, English, and Theology.
