Primrose Lane Medical Centre is a training practice offering training and experience in general practice to General Practice Specialist Trainees (fully qualified doctors undergoing training in General Practice). As part of their training they have to produce video evidence of a selection of their consultations. You will be asked when you book your appointment and also when you arrive at reception desk if you are willing to consent to your consultation being recorded. You will be asked to sign a consent form before and after your consultation. A recording will not be made of any consultation without your consent and if requested at any time during your consultation, the camera will be switched off.
