As Ashli's father was in the military, she travelled the world, an adventure she continued to enjoy when later her husband also joined the military. Throughout those years, Ashli had varying positions in sales as well as training in marketing. She has embraced opportunities to engage with people from many cultures and circumstances. Ashli now brings these traits and skills into the real estate industry. She joined Quantum Residential Group in 2016 to manage the sales and marketing of various townhome and patio home projects.
Ashli and her husband have been raising their five children in the Pikes Peak Region for more than 10 years. Musically gifted, she continues to volunteer and instruct others who have the desire.

Jess treasures the spaces around her - both natural and architectural. This means that hiking, mountain biking and skiing delight her and it is not abnormal to find her touring around nearby neighborhoods.
Kay Moon Folan was a founding partner in Quantum Residential Group, LLC, a one-stop marketing solution for builders, sellers, and buyers. Their team brings a level of expertise and service above and beyond what you would find in the average real estate sales representation. Her experience and knowledge of the Front Range real estate market stems from her long history of managing her own real estate investments and providing that same care to her clients' investments. She is ready to be creative and aggressive to negotiate on their behalf and find a way to make every deal work. For almost 40 years, Kay has used her skills as a nurse to serve others and train others, to include managing several medical practices. During those years she enjoyed pursuing real estate investments across the country and in 2004 she received her Colorado Real Estate License. Her success in making real estate deals come together continued as she created and managed several LLC's in construction management, financial management of real estate investments, and rental development and management. Kay then joined Flying Horse Realty in 2009 to offer her expertise to the sellers and buyers in the developments of Flying Horse and Forest Lakes. Kay and her husband have made Colorado Springs their home for more than 27 years. She continues to share her nursing skills by volunteering in local programs.
