Gabriel Gary

Gabriel is responsible for assisting with the design, planning, and entitlement process for our development opportunities. Gabriel has vast experience with developing prototypes, preliminary plans, site plans, floor plans, renderings, CAD Drawings, and realistic models in Revit and SketchUp. Prior to her role with RM Development, she worked with Clearpoint Consulting Engineers and Purple Land Management, which provided her with valuable real estate development, design, and engineering experience. Gabriel received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering Technology from The University of Southern Mississippi.

Jeffrey George

As the Development Project Manager, Jeffrey assists with all of the company's development and construction projects from pre-development through grand opening, including entitlements, design, and construction oversight as well as ongoing tenant coordination. He is also responsible for building and retaining relationships that can help grow the company and better serve the existing clients of RM Development Group. Jeffrey also assists with the creation of site real estate packages and other marketing materials. Jeffrey also serves as a member of the City Council in Hattiesburg, MS, which has provided him with valuable experience that he is able to use to better serve our clients. Because of his experience in this role, he can provide assistance working with land development codes, zoning requirements, variance requests, along with presenting at public hearings, managing community relations, negotiating development incentives, and communicating with public boards. Prior to working with RM Development Group, Jeffrey received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Marketing from The University of Southern Mississippi. He then obtained a Master of Science Degree in Economic Development at The University of Southern Mississippi, while serving as a Graduate Research Assistant in the Trent Lott National Center for Economic Development and Entrepreneurship. During his time as a graduate student, Jeffrey completed various research projects on topics including site selection, retail and community analyses, workforce trends, industry needs, economic development and community development. He is a member of the Mississippi Economic Council (MEC), Mississippi Economic Development Council (MEDC), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Jeffrey is involved with the Area Development Partnership, Pine Belt Young Professionals, and the Leadership Pinebelt Class of 2019.

Michael Rozier - President

As the President of RM Development Group, Michael oversees all the company's operations and is responsible for setting forth the vision for the company. Michael provides direct oversight to construction of RM Development Projects and plays a pivotal role in the development life cycle. Prior to founding RM Development Group, Michael served as President of Pinebelt Inc since 2000, which was a commercial development company specializing in new construction landlord development and triple-net lease. His years of experience with Pinebelt Inc. provided him with extensive knowledge in all aspects of commercial development and real estate. As the President of RM Development Group, Michael oversees all the company's operations and is responsible for setting forth the vision for the company. Michael leads Prior to founding RM Development Group, Michael served as President of Pinebelt Inc since 2000, which was a commercial development company specializing in new construction landlord development and triple-net lease. His years of experience with Pinebelt Inc. provided him with extensive knowledge in all aspects of commercial development and real estate. Michael also serves as the President of Rozier Construction Company, Inc. where he has developed a proven track record of success in the commercial construction industry since joining the company full-time in 1998. Growing up in the construction industry, he has served in almost every capacity within the company, including Crew Worker, Superintendent, Project Manager, Estimator, and Vice President, until he assumed the role of President in 2016. As President of Rozier Construction, he oversees all the company's operations, which include finances, scheduling, estimating, project management, client relationships, and development. Throughout his time working in construction and development, Michael has gained expertise in site selection, site acquisitions and pre-development concepts. He has a unique ability to create innovative solutions and coordinate any civil, structural or architectural design with a team of seasoned in-house engineers. His attention to detail during the planning stages and helps minimize costs and risks for clients thus producing a high-quality turn-key product. Michael is a licensed commercial contractor in 14 states across the southeast including, MS, AL, LA, TX, TN, AR, KY, FL, GA, NC, SC, MO, OK and OH. He is a member of the Mississippi Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and The American Institute of Architects as an allied member. Michael received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Engineering Technology from the University of Southern Mississippi. He currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for the First Bank of McComb and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Mississippi. He is also involved with the Young Presidents' Organization. Michael Rozier grew up on construction sites, shadowing his father, Mike Rozier of Mike Rozier Construction. "I always knew I wanted to build on the legacy my father had created," Rozier said.
