Our facility offers 24-hour access with an unlimited membership. Memberships may be purchased monthly, quarterly, or yearly. We offer a variety of discounts for students, seniors, family members, and corporate plans... We have a full cardio selection including treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, spin bikes, step climbers and more. We also have a machine weights and several large free weight areas including Rogue lifting rigs and a large variety of strength training equipement. We also recently installed a bouldering rock climbing wall available during staffed hours... Our trainers take your fitness goals seriously. We understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals.
