Bill Schantz is the founder & CEO of Select Policy Group with extensive depth in the life settlement space. In 1998 Mr. Schantz founded Senior Settlements, LLC, the Policy Originator for SPG, as one of the first life settlement companies purchasing senior only policies. As President and Chief Executive Officer he is responsible for the strategic planning and structural steering of the company. He is also responsible for corporate compliance and works closely with counsel on regulatory propriety.

Brad Pearsey

Mr. Pearsey is the Director of Business Development for SPG. Brad has spent nearly a decade working in the financial services industry with a focus in the senior life settlement industry. During that period of time he has worked with several life settlement companies to develop sales growth strategies as well as best practices from a regulatory and compliance standpoint. Brad and his former partner also started and developed an alternative investment company with a focus on the senior life settlement market that grew to be one of the largest retail firms in the country.

Gregg Mantz - Managing Director

Mr. Mantz joined as Managing Director of Senior Settlements, LLC in April of 2007. His responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Company. Mr. Mantz also works closely with the Company's investor sources to ensure eligibility criteria, pricing assumptions, and process flows are properly maintained and incorporated into the Company's procedures.

Thomas Schantz

Thomas Schantz joined Senior Settlements in September 2009 as Director of Corporate Finance. Mr. Schantz graduated from Villanova University in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in business administration and a concentration in finance. He then furthered his education as a full-time graduate student at St. Joseph's University, where he earned his master's degree in business administration in 2009. Mr. Schantz graduated from St. Joe's as a member of the International Business Honor Society and the Graduate Student Honor Society.
