Shed Light Properties exist to help under-resourced communities thrive and ensure youth exceed their potential... We are community investors. We are transforming youth through real estate. We help solve the economic disparity challenges that have long plagued under-resourced communities, by investing in youth centered organizations/ministries, mentoring, sponsorships, and relationships. We bridge the gap between restoration and gentrification... We invest in the lives of families residing in under-resourced communities by providing them safe homes, strong communities, and access to resources to help change their lives. Through our partnerships with local non-profits, businesses, we are able to pair our residents with the appropriate resources based on their current needs. We will give our youth an opportunity to break the cycle of poverty that exists in under-resourced neighborhoods.
