Our group of companies was founded in the year 1996 under the successful management of Jain family with a vision of Technology Up- gradation towards machining by providing high quality end products. We also have our Subsidiary company "Grovil Fastner , Tilbury Auto & Vardhman Automotive" that use advanced technology. At present we have four manufacturing units in INDIA in different locations has since expanded in to a group of companies specializing in high tensile fasteners & precision machined components for automotive and general engineering applications out of ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
