SHIFT Collaborative offers strategy, coaching, training and tools to support learning and leadership development, strategic impact and collaborative innovation for a healthier, just and resilient world... Our teams live and work in many communities across the lands known as Canada. We recognize that many Indigenous, Inuit and Métis peoples and communities have had deep connections with these lands and waters since time immemorial, and we express gratitude for their ongoing stewardship and leadership... The team is made up of passionate and experienced leaders, strategists, facilitators and innovators that have worked on issues ranging from social connectedness and inclusion to food security, climate change, and public health, to name a few. For over a decade we have worked together to support people and groups make meaningful change on the real-world issues we all care about.
