Allie is the vice president of marketing for Southbound Enterprises. She handles the advertising and web-based aspects of the business. She is a graduate from Pennsylvania State University and lives in Carnegie with her husband and daughter.
Bill is the broker of Record of Southbound Enterprises and co-owner with his wife, Lisa. Bill brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the business that he uses to help his team. Bill has been licensed since 1986, holding licenses in VA, NY, PA, WV, and practices in Ohio through Ohio Cooperative Commercial Real Estate Agreement. Bill has acquired and managed million dollar renovation projects of both commercial, residential, and multi-family properties. Bill has also been a principal in the development of residential subdivisions. He is the Broker of Record and one of the owners of CX-Energy, a real estate company specializing in Oil, Gas, and Mineral rights sales and leasing. Bill enjoys helping clients to invest in real estate and managing those assets for his clients.
Covey is a PA-licensed real estate agent. He holds a degree in leadership from Florida Christian College and has fifteen years of experience in business-to-business sales, sales management, and business development. Covey is excited to assist you with your next residential/commercial real estate, investment property, farm/land, or oil/gas/mineral rights transaction. In addition to his real estate career, he is an evangelist with Monroeville Christian Church. Covey, his wife Katie, and their five children live in Murrysville, PA.
Hannah is the Administrative Assistant for Southbound Enterprises. She handles the office work and organization of the company. She lives in Vandergrift, Pennsylvania with her husband Josh, daughter Caroline, and golden retriever Indy. She is ready to serve God by serving you!
Joshua is a PA-licensed real estate agent and currently lives in the New Kensington area. With a Penn State degree and background in business-to-business sales, Joshua is focused on helping others achieve their residential, commercial, and oil/gas/mineral rights needs.
Keith is aPA-licensed real estate agent with over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate sales and development and commercial tenant and buy representation. Keith has brokered and assisted on transactions for many known entities such as CVS Pharmacy, JPmorgan Chase Bank, The Better Business Bureau of Western Pennsylvania, Tractor Supply Company, UMPC, Dollar General, Taco Bell, and many more. Keith and his wife Jennifer live in the city of Pittsburgh, in the scenic Mt. Washington neighborhood.

Lisa is the co-owner and Administrative Executive of Southbound Enterprises. She works behind the scenes to take care of the filing, paperwork, and financial aspects of the company.
Racquel is a PA licensed real estate agent, Penn State graduate, and is equipped to handle the sales, leasing, and management of real estate.
Sadie is the granddaughter of our broker and owner, Bill Smith. She enjoys helping out around the office by distracting everyone with her adorable antics. She proudly wears her Southbound Enterprises shirt around the Pittsburgh area and just might have a future in real estate.
Tom is a graduate from Penn State University with a degree in Plastics Engineering. He earned his PA Real Estate License in 2016 and continues to learn about investment properties and ways to grow his own portfolio. He is eager to help others do the same through buying or selling their own investment properties. Tom, his wife and two boys reside in Oakmont. Tom is also a Project Manager in the International Advanced Manufacturing division of Philips Respironics.
Will Smith is an associate broker, PA licensed real estate agent, Penn State graduate, and is equipped to handle the sales, leasing, and management of real estate.
