StartUP FIU began in January 2016 as a part of Florida International University's efforts to address both the opportunities and challenges of this new industrial revolution. It is a platform that supports researchers, inventors, innovators and entrepreneurs to conceive, launch and scale solutions... Enrich is where StartUP FIU serves the faculty and the University. Faculty interested to explore the opportunities for intellectual property and patents, start a new venture, build a management team or start a new company can find assistance and resources. To support the overall mission of the University, StartUP FIU also works with the individual schools and colleges to develop and teach new curriculum in design thinking, innovation, entrepreneurship and new technologies such as AI, Blockchain and predictive analytics.
