Mr. Kost is a career aviation professional with over 25 years of successful leadership and management in corporate aviation, specializing in developing FBO businesses and networks. Previous accomplishments include management and officer positions at Signature Flight Support, American Beechcraft, Galaxy Aviation and Key Air. From General Manager to CEO, Mr. Kost has provided the direction and operational support for some of the most successful and respected companies in the general aviation industry. Mr. Kost's latest accomplishments include building and helping lead two companies that recently sold for some of the highest multiples achieved to date in their respective markets. Mr. Kost is passionate aviation professional, having held board positions on The NBAA Operational Committee and the Florida Aviation Trades Association. Mr. Kost is an Embry Riddle graduate with a Bachelors of Science degree in Aeronautical Studies, concentrating in Aviation Management. He is still very active with his University, helping students find their paths in the industry he loves.
As Chief Executive Officer of Stellar Aviation Group, Mr. Miller is responsible for the strategic management and direction of the firm. He has over twenty five years of acquiring, developing and operating aviation assets and has particular expertise in the development of aviation real estate and its management and analysis. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Miller served as a top executive for Galaxy Aviation's chain of seven FBOs, including acting as President of Galaxy Aviation Real Estate Services, Inc and Executive Vice President of Galaxy Aviation of Palm Beach located on the 2 nd busiest general aviation airport in the country with a staff of over 50 employees and gross revenues in excess of $25 million. Other previous experience included his position as Manager, Loan Resolution for Berkeley Federal Bank & Trust in West Palm Beach, Florida. Mr. Miller managed the early resolution of over $220,000,000 of non‑performing mortgages purchased at a discount. Prior to this, he was employed as a Portfolio Manager for MIG Realty Advisors in West Palm Beach, Florida. In his capacity, Mr. Miller was responsible for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of over $1.3 billion in commercial and multifamily real estate.
He obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration in the area of Finance from the George Washington University in Washington, DC and his Master's of Business Administration in the area of Finance from the University of Miami in Miami, Florida. Mr. Miller is also a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker.

Mr. Faren, a Certified Public Accountant, is responsible for all facets of financial management at the Stellar Aviation Group. These duties include review and analysis of monthly internal financial statements and budgetary reports, preparation and issuance of the annual financial statements and other periodic bank, internal and shareholder reports, review of working capital/ cash flow requirements on a regular basis, negotiating and arranging external financing, implementation and monitoring of internal controls, monitoring of key financial ratios, directing the administrative support function, including human resources and IT, directing the company's insurance and benefit programs. Other duties include analysis and negotiations on acquisitions or sales of major assets. In addition, Michael serves as a member of executive management in setting strategic direction, performing financial performance measurements including possible corrective steps.
Michael has over 20 years of aviation experience and previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer for Galaxy Aviation's chain of seven FBO's and was instrumental in growing the Galaxy chain from inception to its sale in April 2014 for over $230M. Michael also has over ten years of experience in public accounting. He has worked in the audit department of a "Big 8" accounting firm in addition to an audit, litigation and consulting department of a large local public accounting firm. Some of Mr. Faren's clients included the Miami International Airport, Panama Canal, Southeast Bank, General Development Corporation and Lennar. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is also a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
