Swift Multisport is an inner city Brisbane based triathlon training group that provides triathletes with an environment to train and grow. With personalised coaching, our squad is structured to suit individual needs. We cater for everyone: from those chasing Kona Ironman and ITU World Championship medals, through to people focused on shorter distances and beginners just starting their triathlon journey... Swift Multisport is run by Jarrad Adams, a full-time accredited Triathlon Australia Coach with over 24 years experience in the sport. He has competed at an elite level in Australia and overseas, is a previous age group Australian Champion and World Champion medalist. Jarrad has over 20 years experience in the cycling industry and has been coaching for 15 years. Swift Multisport has been operating in Brisbane for 10 years. Jarrad is also a qualified bike fitter specialising in Triathlon setups.
