MATTHEW TAIBL

BIO Attorney Matthew Taibl is a native of Florida and currently resides in Jacksonville, FL with his family where he serves his community as an auto accident paralegal at Taibl Law. He obtained his bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice at Central Connecticut State University in 2007. After graduation, he worked as a Property and Casualty Claims Insurance Adjuster where he learned the extensive claims process and mastered the ins-and-outs of the insurance industry. Shortly after seeing his mother graduate from law school, he was inspired to use his insurance experience and education to help people in the legal field as well. Taibl went on to attend and graduate from the University of Massachusetts School of Law - Dartmouth and passed the Massachusetts Bar in 2013. He volunteered as a Special Assistant District Attorney for the Worcester, MA District Attorney's office where he second chaired numerous jury trials and evidentiary motions and went on to serve as a Document Acquisition Specialist for Thomson Reuters Westlaw Court Journal. He was also independently contracted through an Employment Law Firm in Rhode Island to examine collective bargaining agreements and compile determining data into documents to convey compelling testimony for interest arbitration on behalf of North Kingstown, Rhode Island prior to opening his own Personal Injury law office.

MONICA TAIBL

BIO Attorney Monica Taibl is a native of Florida and has been in practice since 2007. Over the past fourteen years, she has focused on serving her community in family law, bankruptcy, wills, probate and debt collection defense. In 2015, her son, Matthew Taibl, returned home to Florida as a licensed auto accident attorney looking to expand the family business. Taibl Law now specializes in auto accident and personal injury legal services across Northern, Mid and Southeastern Florida. Monica was first introduced into the legal field when she worked as a legal secretary at the St. Lucie County Attorney's office. From there, she went on to graduate from Florida Atlantic University followed by Florida A. & M. University College of Law. In 2003, Attorney Taibl began volunteering her services advocating for children's rights through Guardian ad Litem. In 2008, she turned that volunteering into pro-bono work and now works part-time as a Senior Program Attorney in Live Oak, Florida since 2012. She was awarded the Florida Pro Bono Service Award in 2010 and 2013 for the Third Circuit in front of the Florida Supreme Court. Her pro-bono work has been primarily recognized through her commitment at the Three Rivers Legal Services, Inc. location in Lake City, Florida. EDUCATION Florida A. & M.
