Alka is a professional connoisseur in Management and Operations. She applies her strategic mindset in aptly leading the Pune team to achieve and surpass their targets. A respectable leader and a compassionate team mate, Alka strives to maintain a happy and cheerful environment in the work place.
Alka has a Bachelor's Degree in Account (Honors) from Bhawanipur University, Kolkata. She enjoys spending time with the TalentRupt family in her free time.
Drashti joined TalentRupt with 5 years of experience in the Recruitment industry. She has quickly risen to a leadership position which entails training and mentoring incoming recruiters to learn the ropes of Client-delivery and Business relationship management. With her sound training approach and her nurturing nature, Drashti's forte, is bringing out the best in every new hire across our branches.
Drashti has a degree in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from the Nairobi Aviation College. She enjoys dancing, spending times with friends and binge watching shows.

Jackson is an accomplished Delivery Manager with 12+ years of experience in the Staffing industry. He demonstrates multiple skills like courtesy, excellent communication abilities, telephone etiquettes and Team work. He consults with the business community to identify the client needs and develops business solutions to improve the services. He has managed end to end delivery of Recruitment services following the best practices. He has analyzed metrics of service requests to identify problem trends and adjusted training and support of staff accordingly. He is responsible for Team direction and leadership including hiring, operational efficiency and strategic direction, issue resolution and implementation of overall account strategy to ensure that the team is performing at the levels expected by each client. Acting as an escalation point for issues that arise and identifying the optimum solution for both parties.
Manjeet is the Head of operations at Talentrupt, India handling our 3rd branch of Baroda. He is responsible for day to day communications with all the employees across the branches including Captains, Mentors and all the recruiters, making sure the process in aligned in a right manner and this brings out the best in his ways of handling the process. He comes from a vast experience into US recruitment and has been a great performer in his past working days as a Recruiter. His is specialized working mainly in the pharma, scientific and financial i.e Non-IT domains.
Manjeet has great leadership skills, very good interpersonal and communication abilities, self-motivation, and managerial experience. He holds Master's degree in Biotechnology and he is fond of playing Cricket, video games as well as loves spending time with close friends.

Nishant is the Head of Operations at TalentRupt India and is responsible for running three successful branches of the company across two states. His success is attributed to his passion for growth and excellence, his energy and enthusiasm in the workplace and his strong leadership and motivational skills.
Nishant has an MBA in International Business. He is fond of travelling, exploring nature and hiking.

Satyen has fifteen years of experience within the Talent Management & Talent Acquisition space. He currently is the CEO & founder of TalentRupt, a global RPO headquartered in New York.
Prior to TalentRupt, Satyen co-founded and successfully ran Talent Options - an executive staffing firm based out of New York, which was eventually acquired by HireTalent.
Prior to Talent Options, he held leadership roles at Pershing, Pfizer, Moodys etc. He was responsible for hiring top executives for C level positions.
Satyen has a Master's degree in Commerce, Economics and Finance from Mumbai University. In his free time, he enjoys travelling, exploring new painting techniques and surfing.
Veer began his career as a Recruitment consultant and has extensive experience working with clients across several industries - Information Technology, Banking & Finance and Pharmaceuticals. His core responsibilities today include Customer Relationship management, Branch management, Recruitment management and Workforce management which he performs with wise judgement and diligence. Passionate about growth and success not only for himself but also for his team and his organization, Veer builds teams of SMEs who can deliver the best possible services to clients several thousand miles away. Veer has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from Pacific University in Udaipur, Rajasthan. He enjoys writing, travelling and journaling about his travels.
