As a Quad Cities native, Alix has garnered tremendous community support, and utilizes his role effectively, to grow his business network. He and his wife, Hannah, live in Davenport with his son, AJ, and their dogs, Hank and Logan.

Andrew joined Hawkeye as our Maintenance Coordinator in 2015. In this role he oversees all maintenance issues for owned and managed properties, to include repairs, remodels, landscaping, parking lots, and safety concerns.

Annie has been in Real Estate for over 10 years. She has real estate experience in residential, property management, and commercial. When Annie is not working, she enjoys spending time with her 2 kids and her 4 dogs. Annie resides in Durant on her family farm.
Breanne has been with Hawkeye for over 20 years primarily working in property management at our Coralville office, but also supporting our Brokerage staff in Davenport. Outside of work Breanne is an avid outdoorsman, spending time with her daughter and family on farm work, riding and training horses, and non-profits including the West Branch Community Development Group and the Johnson County Fair Board.

Chris is a creative thinker. He has used a ‘think outside the box' approach over his 25 year career to build long-standing relationships with clients, customers and colleagues. Chris is an accomplished broker with the ability to service the needs of clients in all sectors of commercial real estate. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Midwest Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame. Chris and his wife, Melanie, are parents to Macy, Caden and four dogs.
David is a deal maker. He pairs his natural tenacity with a creative approach to finding the deal that works for all parties. David's philosophy is to treat each deal as a relationship rather than just another transaction. He works through every deal step-by-step with his clients and provides outstanding customer service throughout the process. David is an experienced broker, investor/developer and property manager working across commercial real estate sectors including retail, investment, office, multi-family and industrial. He is a member of the International Conference of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Iowa CCIM Chapter and serves on the Quad City Area Realtors Board of Directors, currently as President Elect. David and his wife, Rene, are the parents of five children.
David is a 45 Year experienced Commercial Broker. l offer expertise in corporate real estate services, retail real estate services, industrial real estate services, office real estate services, and investment real estate services and brokerage. Through my affiliation with the Illinois Association of Realtors®, The Iowa Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®, I can offer commercial real estate services in all of Iowa and Illinois markets. These services include multi-site acquisitions and dispositions, sublease, tenant representation, investment services, due diligence and related counseling and advisory services.
David Sountris is focused on helping people in the acquisition and disposition of real property including landlord and tenant representation. David holds a Managing Broker's license in Illinois and is a Broker Associate in Iowa. Serving the real estate community for 21 years, David is experienced in commercial, residential, multi-family, land, farm and investment opportunities. Beyond real estate, David is an Executive Board member and Assistant Treasurer at his church, a Certified member of the Professional Ski Instructors of America and has taught snow skiing for 35 years. David believes that in business, leisure and sport, each day offers up a new learning experience! David enjoys spending time with his wife and supporting his two sons in all their pursuits.
Erin joined Hawkeye in December 2020 and brings a broad range of accounting experience to the role. Prior to Hawkeye, Erin worked as a tax accountant in both the public and private sector. When Erin is not working, she enjoys baking, crafting and spending time with her family. Erin resides in Durant with her husband Brad and their two children.

A 25-year veteran of Hawkeye, Jason's duties include managing day-to-day apartment and commercial leasing duties, overseeing maintenance staff operations, supporting Hawkeye's brokerage staff, and overseeing all IT matters. Outside of work Jason serves on the North Liberty Planning Commission, cheers on the Iowa Hawkeyes football team and the St. Louis Cardinals, and spends much of his time with his family.
Jeff follows J.D. Rockefeller, Jr.'s statement, "the secret to success is to do the common things uncommonly well." Since 1977, Jeff has owned, operated, and developed various businesses within the Quad Cities area. Having been on the same side of the table as his Customers gives Jeff a unique perspective when searching for, negotiating and acquiring or selling commercial real estate and investments.
Jeff has been active in the Iowa & Illinois Commercial Real Estate markets since 2002 with Broker Associate and CNE Designations
Jim is a problem solver and is passionate about helping his clients maximize the return on their investment in real estate. Earning his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Designation in 2005, Jim went on to serve as the Iowa CCIM Chapter President in 2013 and was the Region 5 Vice President for the CCIM Institute in 2018. He is currently the 2023 Treasurer-Elect of the CCIM Institute and serves on the Board of Directors. Jim is an experienced broker, investor, developer, and property manager, and can help with all of your commercial real estate needs. Jim and his wife Stephanie have been married since 1992 and have two children.
After military duty Jim Weir was looking for opportunity to learn and earn money with flex time, so he decided to sell real estate. He has enjoyed real estate throughout the years and has never been sorry for his career choice. Jim credits his success to his wife, George "Pep" Young Agency and Arthur "Bud" Hill, Broker (the greatest Broker Jim has ever known), and the collective Board of REALTORS®. They shared, cared and learned together. Also, being a real estate agent Jim is able to do what he loves to do and he gets paid for it. He believe service plus sacrifice equals success.
Jim, learned these three most important things over the years; 1. from Roy Carver "Work like you're going to live forever and live like you're going to die tomorrow"; 2. From Paul Womack "Integrity covers all Business." 3. Experience is the best teacher, not theory. Jim's advice to everyone is "To set goals. Winners make goals; losers make excuses."
Jim enjoys helping people who want to help themselves. He never likes to tell people what to do, he gives them all options from his experiences then they can decide what is best for them.
Jim has been blessed with a great family. He and his wife Pat have had the opportunity to work side by side. They have two outstanding sons Ben and J.D, two grandsons Brennan and Davis, and extended family, friends, and clients. Jim says this journey has been a great trip and thanks everyone for their support and understanding.

Max is a people person, who enjoys developing meaningful relationships with clients. After receiving his B.B.A at the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, Max spent eight years in Client Sales for one of the Nation's leading freight brokerages. A native Quad Citian, Max elected to move back to his hometown and joined the Hawkeye Team becoming a member of the fourth generation of his family's business. By placing an emphasis on relationship building, Max is able to maximize value for his clients, in turn yielding long term successful partnerships.
Max is a member of the Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce, National Realtors Association (NAR), the Iowa CCIM chapter, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the University of Iowa Alumni Association.

Megan joined Hawkeye in March of 2022 and has been working in the commercial real estate world for 4 years. Outside of the office, you can find Megan spending time with her 3 kids and her husband.

Shawn's strength has always been her relationship building skills in her ability to connect with people. Over the past 20 years of her banking career, with the last 12 years in a commercial banking capacity, her focus was just that and will be as she transitions into the real estate industry. Shawn is a quick learner and prides herself in providing outstanding customer service, follow-up and guiding and advising clients along the way. Since moving to the Quad Cities 4 years ago, Shawn has enjoyed getting to know the people and businesses within the community as well as volunteering for several non-profits. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and golfing when the weather permits. Shawn and her husband, Andy, reside in Bettendorf and have two Children.
Zach's strength is in finance, and his background of working as a Credit Analyst for 3 years provides him with a good understanding of the Real Estate industry. Born and raised in Bettendorf, Zach is ambitious to improve the community that he grew up in. Though new to Commercial Real Estate, Zach is eager to learn new skills and aid in developing the family business. He enjoys spending time with his family and watching Iowa Hawkeye football and basketball. Zach and his girlfriend, Maryjo, live in Davenport with their dogs, Fletch and Taco.
