With years of real estate experience, at age 27 April purchased her own national Real Estate franchise and was the broker/owner in Conway, Arkansas. In 1999 she and her family moved to Atlanta, GA where she spent time as a real estate developer, home builder, while being very involved in ministry. April has also started two non-profits. April has been a sought-out speaker on a variety of subjects including, family, non-profit and business development. April has also worked closely with her daughter's multi-million dollar clothing boutique, helping with corporate structure, raising leaders, and as a financial consultant. April and her husband live in NE Ohio. They are blessed beyond measure with four grown daughters and six grandchildren. April prides herself on being authentic and approachable. She loves to inspire people to revive the dream that may have died and to DREAM AGAIN. Chris is a business and technology consultant with over twenty years of experience in the Information Technology field. He has a passion for leading, coaching and empowering delivery teams working on strategic projects and has a proven track record building and leading high performing teams. Throughout his career he has managed programs for many Senior level project sponsors in industries including Hospitality, Financial Services; Healthcare, Services, Insurance, Publishing, Energy, Distribution, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Telecommunications, Public Sector, and Non-profits. Chris is a Connexus Certified Professional coach and has worked with Dr. Rodney Agan to develop Team Imprint Insights. He is a servant leader in the community and founder of Engagement Corner. He is happily married to Terri and has one son and daughter. He lives in Duluth GA Tracey Koch Executive Coach/ Consultant Tracey grew up on a small farm in southern Alabama where she developed her strong work ethic, discipline and servant's heart. She graduated from Troy University with a Master's in Education. She traveled the world as a military wife for 23 years while building a successful business and raising two, fun-loving, extra-ordinary children! For the past 26 years Tracey has been coaching sale professionals and business leaders to inspire and empower them to live life with intentionality and actualize their full potential as a leader. Cynthia lives in America's heartland. Her treasured days together with her husband Dr. Jeff include raising their three children, now happily married, and pursuing thriving lives and careers.
After witnessing God's miraculous healing for her husband from ALS, she left her corporate job to partner with him in forming EverMore Services in 2011. They help business leaders elevate their leadership to empower teams and engage winners at every level in their companies.
With the passing of her beloved husband and partner in 2021, Cynthia is excited to partner with the Connexus Group to continue the work of leaders developing leaders for culture-shaping leadership.
Prior to EverMore, Cynthia experienced a long, successful career in corporate America as a top advisor and change leader for a $14B company. Her cherished memories include inspiring ad hoc teams to achieve great things together, including an accrued $147 million annually in direct cost savings, along with top tier customer satisfaction, safety, and operational excellence within the electric utility industry. She achieved her MBA and many certifications in the arena of Organizational Excellence, such as Six Sigma Black Belt and Gallup Strengths Coach and Personality Imprint.
Cynthia is the best-selling author of Praying Psalms for America, Volume 1 (2021) with Volume 2 available in late 2022. Cynthia was prompted by the Holy Spirit in 2019 through 2021 to write these prayers and inspire a multitude of people to pray daily for America.

Dan Woltman has spent over 27 years consulting teams and organizations. Dan has also used his skills in the corporate world holding positions in corporate recruiting, human resources, and training manufacturing management for over 20 years.

Gary's greatest passion in life beyond faith and family is seeing the light go on for a person he is coaching/helping. He contends many people have a great desire to succeed and the skills to achieve and nothing is more exhilarating than helping them bridge the gap between striving and thriving. Gary has a diverse leadership background, begun at the United States Military Academy and then over the next 40 + years he commanded multiple military units and Salvation Army Addiction Recovery and Retail operations. Repeatedly he has had the opportunity to lead units from a position of struggling to becoming viable, successful, highly achieving teams and organizations. Gary learned through the years it is essential to balance care for people with mission accomplishment; that servant leadership is a preferred approach; that character, core values, and inspired team members drive a culture that allows for the greatest success.
Gary is married to Liz and lives in Opelika, Alabama. They have served together in The Salvation Army these past 25 years culminating with Command of the Adult Rehabilitation Centers Command. They have two kids - Billy and Terri Leigh and a bonus family led by Brian. They are immeasurably blessed to have 8 grandchildren from those three families.
Gary's Bachelor of Science Education from West Point is added to with a Master's (M. Ed.) in Counseling from Auburn University and an Educational Doctorate (Ed. D.) from Dallas Baptist University. Gary is a Connexus Certified Professional™ coach and partner who thoroughly enjoys helping others grow in their personal and professional lives.

Matthew is passionate about servant leadership and investing in people. He has a diverse background including 20 years as a military officer, pilot, and commander as well as corporate and non-profit experience. As an active-duty fighter pilot, he learned the paradigm of high performing teams. He then transitioned to the Air National Guard where he balanced increasing leadership responsibilities with a full-time civilian career. His time as a unit commander taught him to value the unique contributions of each member of an organization. In every aspect of life, he has enjoyed developing those around him. He has been married to his wonderful wife, Melanie, for over 20 years and they have three amazing teenagers.
