A quick learner, Adam is confident and often excited to uncover new tools and trends that help improve processes and designs. His experience from culinary arts school taught him that it's okay-no, important-to know how to improvise in both his professional and personal life. His love for cooking carries on, and you'll find him regularly creating culinary masterpieces in his free time.
The "spelunker" of Think Company, Alex has experienced all parts of the digital product lifecycle-designing and leading overall creative direction from inception, driving the cycle for multiple years up into millions of users, and all of the arms of support necessary in operations of that scale. He's big on user advocacy and empathetic, humanistic design-and likes to really work at ideas until the "a-ha moment". When he becomes a fan of something, he goes deep-be it design, music, film, or plenty of other things-wait until you get him started on a recent rabbit hole he's been down!
Particularly as a consultant, I make decisions every day using our core values as a guide. From open communication to collaboration, it's great to see the results of having a collective compass we all share.

Her wide range of skills and experience includes marketing, branding, print, video, books, signage, and of course more digital than you can shake a stick at. Whatever she's working on, Ali is driven by making an impact-changing people's lives for the better through the work she does at her day job or the volunteering she does after hours.
The "empiricist" of Think Company, Allison has a deep passion for creating beautiful and functional experiences that not only solve pain points but also provide unexpected delight in accounting for unrealized needs. She's done this in various settings: global consulting, agency, and non-profit-making her a well-rounded designer with experience in many facets of UX and visual design. Outside of work, she digs knitting, baking, and traveling near and far!

The "planner" of Think Company, Andrea has years of experience as a project manager. She's worked primarily in the creative realm and enjoys diving deep into new challenges. She's been able to expand her abilities and skills behind the scenes in the sales operations space, tackling new projects and conjuring new ideas with ease. In her free time, you'll find Andrea trying new foods or hiking with her huskies.
The "private eye" of Think Company, Andrew's ability to dissect and decipher the working parts (and non-working parts) of a challenge at hand makes him an excellent sleuth and consultant to any project or team. Much like a detective, he finds joy in investigating the pitfalls and ideating solutions. Driven by his desire to make processes and products easier to use and ultimately better for its users, his broad experience in UX allows him to employ strategic research, design, and product management tactics. In his free time, you'll find Andrew traveling with his wife (as much as humanly possible) and on the ice in his "zen" place-playing hockey.
The "boy wonder" of Think Company, Andrew has a passion for strategizing and creating visuals that capture the unexpected and shine clarity on the muddled. His design and illustrative expertise, and passion for exploring new ways to communicate make him an excellent addition to any project. Andrew's interest in the unexpected means he is always diving in and learning about new things and finding solutions to challenges that present themselves. In his free time, you'll find Andrew hiking, traveling, making beats, reading, playing board games, and riding his bike on winding coastal roads.
The "architect" of Think Company, Andy's desire to create and build has always fueled his work. As a self taught developer, Andy is skilled at finding new ways to enhance any web design experience (even our very own site!) He's proficient at WordPress and is able to tackle a variety of design and development challenges thanks to his determination in figuring out how things work and what can be improved. In his free time, you'll find Andy mountain biking and spending time with his family.
The "agile aficionado" of Think Company, Angelica began her career in fashion merchandising before shifting to a career in project management. She is certified as a Scrum Master and certified in Agile Leadership for Teams & Organizations. Angelica's prior experience inspires her current work, enabling her to produce high-quality products, pay attention to detail, and create healthy and productive teams. In her free time, you will find Angelica caring for her houseplants and learning how to sew.
The "analyzer" of Think Company, Anne's experience comes from a passion for building solutions for processes that have a story. She gets to know the ins and outs of a project from start to finish, ensuring that any product or service meets its goals for clients and customers. She is naturally curious about how things work, which allows her to find new techniques for planning logistics. In her free time you'll find Anne enjoying nature, trying new foods, and spending time with friends and family.
The "percipient" of Think Company, Blake's attention to detail, and ability to think through complex problems makes him an excellent QA Engineer. No matter the project, Blake is there to decipher issues and document solutions-nothing gets by him. His empathetic and understanding demeanor is apparent and appreciated when working with teammates. In his free time, you'll find Blake enjoying the arts, jamming out and exploring experimental and niche music genres, and marveling at cars, old and new!

The "venturer" of Think Company, Brianna's human-first approach to design is inspired by her life experiences. Her ability to think creatively towards a solution and look at the bigger picture makes her an excellent addition to any team. Brianna believes in taking chances-leaps of faith have worked out for her-taking chances has led to new and meaningful discoveries. Her experience in the visual design world spans industries like Legal, Pharmaceutical, Insurance, and Food and Beverage-to name a few. A scholar, she is always pushing herself to learn new skills-she is even a certified full-stack developer. In her free time, you'll find Brianna whipping up new recipes, hitting up local fooderies, and enjoying time with her pup.

A flexible, adaptable practitioner and an unflappable optimist, she's also a self-described bookworm, active runner, and can often be found cradling a cup of green tea-her caffeination of choice!

The "conductor" of Think Company, Bruce sets our operational tempo (he likes it at a lively allegro) and ensures everyone is working in perfect harmony. This requires smart, flexible, and continuously fine-tuned processes for communication, efficiency, collaboration, and quality-Bruce's specialty.
The "steward" of Think Company, Caleb loves serving as a guide on the team's journey and putting others in a position to succeed. During his time as a bartender, warehouse manager, and, for the better part of a decade, as a digital project manager, he has always enjoyed removing blockers and keeping everyone invested in and excited for the mission. If you find yourself chatting with Caleb, sooner or later the topic will come back to jam bands, Columbo, or famous people from Oklahoma-there are more than you'd think!
The "binding agent" of Think Company, Cameron loves improving the user and developer experience, whether it be through automation, tooling, or libraries. He started in web development by designing and building websites for student publications while in college, made the move to QA automation, and developed a passion for continuous improvement of accessibility and UI in whatever he works on. In his free time, you'll find Cameron watching (or playing) basketball, and participating in tabletop role-playing games.
