Jacqueline Nelson

Job Titles:

Jackie has graduated with a Bachelors in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology from Adams State University in 2016. She spent 3 years working with horses on Bartlett ranch in Wyoming managing a breeding program, she then moved to Cheyenne Wyoming for her PTA program where she graduated in 2021. Jackie completed clinical rotations in a pediatric and skilled nursing setting, upon graduation from her program she accepted a position in an outpatient setting where she exercised her manual skills and completed CEU's in manual therapy, vestibular therapy, and attended a clinical neurology summit. Jackie has a passion for treating neurological patients and loves the geriatic population. When Jackie is not at work she can be found in nature with her two dogs riding a horse or looking at cool rocks.

Jonathan Tipton

Jay is a native Arizonian who graduated from Arizona States University with a Chinese language degree. He went on to receive a Physical Therapy Masters degree from Northern Arizona University and a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Regis University in Colorado. He is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) and is certified in Dry Needling. He is the owner of Tipton Physical Therapy and Aquatic Center and enjoys treating post surgical patients and a variety of musculoskeletal injuries. Hobbies include riding Motorcycles on and off road, Grilling/BBQ, reading, traveling, and going to Diamondbacks games. He speaks Mandarin Chinese as a second language.

Miguel Sepulveda

Miguel grew up in Yuma Arizona, and attended high school in Prescott Valley. He graduated from the PTA program at Mohave Community College in 2018 where he received his Associate's Degree of Physical Therapist Assistant. He enjoys treating post-surgical, musculoskeletal issues, and various conditions and has experience in a variety of clinical settings. He has received extra training and certifications in RockTape Kinesio Taping and Functional Movement Specialist. Miguel is passionate about helping others and providing purposeful, quality care to his patients. He enjoys learning new skills and applying them in the workplace. In his free time he enjoys exercising, playing guitar, riding dirt bikes, and hiking.

Olivia Harms

Olivia grew up in the Prescott Valley area and is a graduate of Bradshaw Mountain High School. She then pursued her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a Minor in Family and Human Development from Arizona State University. She then went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Utah. Since then, Olivia has received extra training in various fields including dry needling, vestibular rehab, and pelvic floor. Olivia loves treating patients of all ages and different diagnoses, including orthopedic and neurological conditions. In her free time she enjoys reading, crafting, kayaking, and hiking.

Susan Marker

Susan is native to the east coast and graduated from The University of Connecticut in 1992 as a Physical Therapist. She was a PTA for 5 years prior to obtaining her Bachelor's of Science degree. Susan has a passion for helping people heal their bodies using dry needling, kinesiotape, cupping, myofascial release, manual techniques. She enjoys working with geriatrics, athletes, post mastectomy and women's health related orthopedic injuries. She loves music, playing the native American flute, hiking, raising her American Bully, gardening, growing in faith, and providing emotional support for women in the community.
