Gabriel graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2021 and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2022. Having completed his training in Trident Law Corporation, Gabriel assisted in both litigation and corporate matters. Notably, Gabriel has assisted in numerous white-collar offences under the Penal Code 1871, the Companies Act 1967 and other sanctions-related offences.
Gabriel brings a unique blend of experience to the table with his experience in both corporate and criminal work. In particular, Gabriel is well-suited to handle white-collar criminal matters. His experience in corporate work and his knowledge of the intricacies of criminal law allows him to bring the best possible result for his clients.

Tanaya graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the Singapore Management University. At the core of her practice is defending and protecting the rights of the individual, having gained experience in a variety of civil disputes and in criminal litigation, with a particular focus in the niche field of medical law.
Her experience in criminal litigation includes assisting on matters involving a wide range of offences such as drug offences, rioting, sexual offences and offences for causing hurt. More uniquely, in a quasi-criminal setting, Tanaya has assisted in the defence of medical and dental practitioners before the Singapore Medical Council, Singapore Dental Council and on appeals before the Court of Three Judges. In one such instance, Tanaya innovatively made use of the phrasing of the charges and the prosecution's own supporting evidence to argue that disciplinary proceedings against a medical practitioner were unwarranted in that case. Her cleverly-crafted representations led to the SMC prosecution's complete withdrawal of the charges preferred against the medical practitioner before the matter could be heard.
Tanaya has also assisted on a wide range of civil disputes, including medical negligence claims, contractual debt recovery proceedings, probate proceedings, taxation proceedings and defamation claims at the State Court and High Court levels. She understands that litigation can be costly and stressful and carefully weighs the pros and cons of any course of action when advising clients on the most effective strategy. To avoid protracted and costly court proceedings, Tanaya has often carefully scrutinised complex documents, including expert medical reports and medical records, to quantify claims and advise clients on achieving favourable settlements before proceedings are even commenced. That said, where any offers for settlement are unacceptable, Tanaya does not shy away from putting up a strong fight by pressing on to trial. She works closely with her clients and the appropriate experts involved to examine the facts and present them in the most strategic and favourable manner before the Court.

Tara has over 20 years of experience in commercial and corporate finance. She graduated with a Double Degree in Law and Accounting from the University of Manchester in 1995. She was admitted to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court in 1997.
Tara spent an extensive portion of her career in the retail sector, being Head of Legal with Dairy Farm, and more recently, in the technology sector as Vice President of the legal department of an SGX main board listed company. Thereafter, she was also headhunted by a regional F&B group to lead their legal department. These in-house positions ensued after she had several years of combined practices in litigation, corporate and corporate finance.
