From his upbringing in Newfoundland and working on the Atlantic, Butch learned to tackle head-on any challenge that lay ahead with a song in his heart and an irrepressible desire to help. Butch serves as a senior consultant to our office on complex or unique issues in all aspects of real estate. He draws from over thirty years of solid award-winning experience in residential, business, commercial, farm and land sales. Emily Blanchard

Dedicated to sharing her knowledge and love of the area, Emily Blanchard joined The Oldford Team of Realtors in 2014 to leverage her experiences growing up in the Winchester area and living in the Russell area to help Buyers and Sellers navigate the rural real estate market. A lifelong resident of the area, Emily and her family of bouncing boys saw fit to put down roots locally after finishing her post-secondary education in the United States and then Carleton University. By working with the rest of The Oldford Team, Emily is quickly gaining more knowledge about residential, hobby farm, multi-unit rental, commercial, and vacant land properties throughout the rural areas of Ottawa South down to the St. Lawrence River than many realtors will get to see in a career.

Kim Monkhouse

Kim is the Oldford Team's lead Buyer Representative. Kim's focus on dedicating her time to helping Buyers never miss a beat when it comes to new houses on the market or market updates is what sets her apart whether your needs be residential, hobby farm, multi-unit residential, or vacant land. Through her links with the Oldford Team's knowledge of the Ottawa South area and Kim's local knowledge of the 416 corridor, she's got you covered. Kim is a resident of the Kemptville area and a proud supporter of many community services. Kim takes an active roll in local theatre as well as being a member of Kemptville Women in Business. Melissa Cooper

Mother hen of the office roost, Melissa takes her administrative duties and care to the next level to ensure all the details line-up for clients of the Royal LePage Team Realty Winchester office. Her loyalty and attention to the business and the community can be seen in all the tasks she engages with. Having started with Royal LePage in 1993 as a way to fund mission trips, Melissa became a full-time administrator for Royal LePage in 1994. Having gained the experience of working for different organizations, she settled with her husband and 3 girls in the North Dundas area in 2004 and started with the Oldford Team. Active in school, church, and community volunteering, Melissa's love of people, music, and baking are readily apparent. Come on in and say hello at the office and see if Mel has any treats to share.

Nathan Lang

The tallest member of the Oldford Team and a Realtor since 2008, Nathan has deep roots in the community he serves. Nathan grew up in the Hallville area of North Dundas and later moved to Ottawa. Unable to deny his rural routes, he returned to settle in Mountain. When not helping people sell their houses and buy their dream homes, Nathan loves to travel with his wife and friends. With a focus on sports related travel, Nathan is also active in many sports teams and related projects including running the Oldford Team's Sports fundraiser ‘Food for Football' to raise donations for the local food bank while providing an opportunity for local families to see the RedBlacks play. Nathan is a hard working, down to earth, Realtor who knows the area he serves and wants to help his clients have the most enjoyable and successful experience possible. Nathan cares about the community he lives in and the people he shares the community with. His strong sense of loyalty and his unrelenting desire to do the right thing makes Nathan a great choice for any person or family ready to make their next move.
