Welcome to Welch Family Farms! We're Chris and Elanie Welch, amateur homesteaders farming organically in the middle of the Corn Belt. Currently our farm family includes chickens, bees, dairy goats, and little vegetable children grown organically on 1/2 acre plot. We're super good at making mistakes, so we've learned a ton in the past 3 years of homesteading, and we're here to share our successes, failures, and lessons learned with you.
