Ashleigh joined Bennbridge in March 2023 as Chief Compliance Officer. She has over 20 years of experience in institutional asset management regulatory compliance, covering the UK, Europe, and several other jurisdictions. Prior to joining Bennbridge, Ashleigh spent almost 7 years as Head of Compliance at City of London Investment Management and over 10 years at Hermes Fund Managers (now Federated Hermes).

Charlie joined BennBridge in January 2021 with a strong track record of raising assets across wholesale and institutional clients. He leads our EMEA Distribution team, working closely with our Boutiques, clients and prospects.
His experience covers a wide range of strategies, spanning equity, fixed income, absolute return, and multi-asset. Prior to joining BennBridge, Charlie held Distribution roles at Invesco, OppenheimerFunds and Jupiter Asset Management. Charlie started his career in Financial Services on the HSBC graduate trainee program, before becoming an Analyst within the Corporate Bank. Charlie holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics and Business from UWE Bristol.

Chi joined BennBridge in June 2022. He has 20 years of experience in a variety of finance leadership roles across the asset management, banking and insurance sectors.
Prior to joining BennBridge, Chi spent almost 12 years with JP Morgan Asset Management as Head of Finance for UK Funds. He has also worked at HSBC Insurance Brokers and Barclays. Chi started his career within financial services at Ernst & Young (now EY), where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
Chi holds a BSc (Hons) in Geography from University College London (UCL), and an MSc in Information Technology from Queen Mary, University of London.

Ian has more than four decades of experience in financial services and investment management across the UK and internationally. He joined the board of the Bennelong Funds Management Group in 2021, with his role including advisory support for BennBridge.
Ian advises a number of boards and specialises in real estate investment. He spent most of his corporate career at Aviva Investors (previously known as Morley Fund Management and Norwich Union), with the last 15 years as Chief Executive, Real Estate, overseeing property portfolios of around £25 billion and running a global team.
Ian is currently a member of the Cambridge Land Economy Advisory Board. He was the chairman of the Investment Property Forum, is a past member of the General Council and Policy Committee of the British Property Federation, and is a former trustee of the Investment Property Forum Educational Trust. He is also Chairman of the Story of Christmas Appeal, a leading UK property industry charity.
He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Urban Land Economics.

Luke joined BennBridge in July 2019 and has over 7 years' Operations experience in the Financial Services industry. Luke is responsible for BennBridge's Operations function which includes Trade Support, Middle Office, NAV oversight, P&L reporting and third-party service provider relationships. Prior to joining BennBridge, Luke held roles at Credit Suisse and Eikoh Research Investment Management.
Luke graduated from the University of Bristol with a BSc (Hons) in Economics.

The BennBridge leadership team is overseen and supported by the BFM Group's board.
Oliver joined BennBridge in March 2021 and has over 14 years' experience in Risk within the financial services industry covering market and operational risk, operational due diligence and risk and control transformations. Oliver is responsible for BennBridge's Enterprise Risk Framework, which consists of both pre- and post-trade investment risk monitoring, operational risk, sustainability risk, and horizon risk analysis.
Before joining BennBridge, Oliver was a Senior Risk Analyst at Aspect Capital where he was responsible for the systematic market risk framework. Prior to Aspect Capital, Oliver held two positions at HSBC. Firstly, as the Business Risk and Control Manager within Group Communications, and secondly as an Operational Due Diligence Analyst specialising in hedge funds. Oliver started his career at Ernst & Young where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACCA). He also holds a BSc in Chemistry from Durham University.

Robert joined BennBridge in May 2022 as Chief Executive Officer. He has almost 30 years of experience in asset management leadership across investment, distribution and product functions, spanning various geographic regions and client channels.
Prior to joining BennBridge, Robert spent over 10 years as global head of product and client solutions at Aberdeen Standard Investments. He first joined Standard Life in 1997, working in a range of senior roles including head of Europe, Australasia and the Far East (EAFE) Funds in the global equities team, and head of Japanese equities.
Robert holds a Master of Science in Investment Analysis from the University of Stirling and is a CFA Charterholder. He is also a former professional rugby coach with the Scottish Rugby Union, and is a regular public speaker on how to build and motivate high performing teams.
