Set in the far west of Cornwall, St Ives Cider is a family business owned by David and Kate Berwick. We passionately believe in the humble apple and our aim is to showcase its subtle complexities rather than lose them behind stronger fruit flavours. Unable to compete on price with the mass producers and supermarkets, instead we will focus on what we do best - making small batch ciders that stand out amongst the competition.
