Catherine McCulloch

Catherine is a Stratagem Expert Role Player. Since leaving drama school, Catherine has worked in theatre, television and as a professional corporate actor for organisations including Microsoft, Nokia, the Home Office, the Foreign Office, National Air Traffic Systems and BT. Catherine's key strengths include the ability to let others work at their own pace and having a full awareness of the unique contribution each person makes.

Dee Rughani

Dee is a Stratagem Change Management Expert. Dee (Deepak) trained in Performance Development in the US before setting up Leap Training in 1989 initially specialising in youth development including ‘outward bound' style courses. In 1994 he developed the flagship ‘Leadership for Results' programme at the Royal Mail. Dee joined Stratagem in 1997 running leadership and change management initiatives with a wide range of public sector and corporate clients. Dee is an NLP practitioner and is certified for MBTI, Insights Discovery and Emotional Intelligence profiling.

Emma Davies

Emma is a Stratagem Client & Product Support Coordinator. Emma excels at Customer Service and is responsible for liaising with Clients, Suppliers and Associates ensuring a seamless service by scheduling and co coordinating all activities. Her strong customer service mindset and natural supportive disposition makes her popular with all. Emma has developed a keen interest in psychometrics and not only administers our online questionnaires but also provides our clients with education and support in this arena. Talented at technology, she designs and produces much of Stratagem's documents ensuring a consistent and standardized brand is evident.

Fiona Flemington

Fiona is a Stratagem Executive Coach. Fiona is a qualified Corporate & Executive Coach with over 17 years of leadership development experience and has worked across a number of businesses and sectors including, manufacturing, financial services, food & media retailing, telecommunications, insurance and professional services. Within these organisations Fiona has developed her expertise in designing and delivering a wide range of leadership development programmes, Talent assessment & development centres, Succession planning, Change Management, and has built a strong reputation as an Executive Coach. Fiona is trained and qualified in a number of Occupational Ability and Personality Psychometrics. These include; MBTI, 360 Benchmark Feedback tool, 16pf, MBTI, FiroB, TKI, Strong Inventory, CPI and Able Aptitude tests.

James Clark

James is a Stratagem Executive Coach. An experienced executive coach, trainer and consultant, James has a calm, centred approach that allows him to combine direct challenge with lightness, warmth and humour. James has enjoyed a successful diplomatic career including periods living and working in the US, Luxembourg (as British Ambassador), Germany, Belgium and Egypt, as well as in his native UK. While at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) he trained as a coach then worked to define and implement good coaching practice in the organisation including designing and delivering coaching skills training for an internal cadre of coaches. James was educated at the University of Edinburgh. He is a credentialed member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), a certified member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), an NLP Master Practitioner and qualified NLP Coach.

Joe Wainwright

Joe is a Stratagem Director. Joe trained as a solicitor before finding his vocation in training and development. He has broad industry experience, a natural flair for developing people and can engage them at every level with his high-impact style. He is as comfortable working with the board as he is helping operators understand the behavioural changes they need to make. Joe makes everyone feel that his or her contribution is worthwhile. He can be tough when it is needed and his challenging / supportive approach always brings measurable performance improvements. Joe has a teaching Fellowship with the School of Management at Bath University and is an accredited Insights Discovery practitioner.

Nevin Stewart

Nevin is Stratagem's Managing Director. With her resourceful and questioning style, Nevin is a highly effective communicator, business coach and experienced facilitator. Executives, professionals and senior managers value Nevin's proactive, clear thinking and flexible approach but she is equally comfortable working with front line staff in a more structured environment. Nevin has an MBA and a background in management. She is quick to take an overview, but careful not to neglect the detail. She excels at creating learning and development events with impact that show measureable results. Nevin is an NLP Practitioner and accredited to use the Lumina Spark psychometric too. She is Level A and B qualified to interpret a range of psychometric questionnaires, including Insights, Myers Briggs, FIRO-B, OPQ. In addition, she has been trained to carry out return on investment (ROI) studies by the ROI Institute.

Rachel is communications consultant to Stratagem. Ex agency MD and founder, Rachel has enjoyed a career in PR and communications for more than 25 years, working with a wide range of organisations from multi-national corporates to technology start-ups, universities and charities.

Steven Fine

Steven is a Stratagem Expert Advisor. As Managing Director of Inspire, Steven has more then ten years experience providing organisational development, facilitation and training across multiple business sectors. Steven started his career in sales and fundraising then moved into senior public affairs roles for international conflict resolution agencies. He has founded a number of successful ventures in publishing, and recruitment he launched the UK partnership for Lumina Learning in 2010. Steve continues to consult and train for organisations primarily in the media, not-for-profit and finance sectors, specialising in team-building, coaching, sales training, recruitment and leadership development.
