Elaine Hallworth

Elaine, a Business Studies graduate and Fellowship Member of the Recruitment Employment Confederation, formed Elevate Recruitment back in 2001 to realise her vision of quality and innovative recruitment solutions to both clients and candidates. She previously had a successful career of over 15 years with two national recruitment agencies including working as a hands-on Board Director for ten years. Elaine's forte throughout her career is Client Relationship management, where she has developed and maintained an impressive range of preferred supplier agreements for some of the UK's major corporate organisations. She remains hands-on and is personally responsible for client and account management throughout the complete lifecycle of the recruitment service to a diverse client base.

Steve joined Elevate in 2002 as a Director following a successful career of over fifteen years in Advertising and Marketing specialising in recruitment advertising. Steve has developed his skills and experience in IT recruitment for nearly 15 years, focusing on managing our candidate resourcing strategy and harnessing a quality controlled recruitment process. He now oversees all our advertising and social media.
