Ashley Huss

Joining the CEG Management team in 2022, Ashley brings with her a versatile background in both commercial property and construction management. Since beginning her journey into commercial property management in 2016, Ashley received her real estate license in 2017 before furthering her education by gaining her ACoM Accreditation in 2020 and is currently a CPM Candidate. She has experience in managing over 1 million square feet of class B and C retail, industrial, office, medical and residential properties. Ashley is a Navy wife and met her husband in high school. They have been married for over 17 years and since 2014 have made La Mesa their home. She enjoys working out, spending time with family and 3 very active dogs. Being a Washington State native, San Diego has always been a location that she wanted to visit and when her husband was stationed here in 2010, it quickly became a place to call home.

Dan Geary - VP

Dan is well-versed in both the operational and marketing platforms of commercial real estate, with a diverse skill set that reflects the dynamic nature of the business today. He handles the company's marketing efforts, oversees IT systems management and coordinates the elements of all transactions through the pipeline. Dan is a Sacramento native and has called San Diego home since 2006. He graduated from San Diego State University, with a Bachelor of Science in International Business. Proficient in Spanish, he spent a semester abroad at the University of Guadalajara and continues to travel to Mexico on a regular basis.

Jennifer Barry

  • Senior Property Manager
As a Senior Property Manager, Jennifer brings over 24 years of property management experience to the CEG Management team. Since obtaining her real estate license in 1998, she has managed over 3 million square feet of commercial property, encompassing a wide range of product types: retail, office (class A and B), government, light industrial, medical and land leases. Her passion is in retail centers, as she has overseen many different types of sites ranging from convenience centers and neighborhood hubs to community plazas and power centers. Jennifer's talents are highlighted by her unique ability to maximize the value of operating expenses while keeping CAM costs low for NNN properties. She toggles effortlessly between the perspective of the big picture for her investors and a boots-on-the-ground understanding of the needs of her tenants. She has spent many years mastering her understanding of building operations, lease contracts, and NNN accounting. Jennifer is a second-generation San Diego native and takes pride in being an active member of her community. She enjoys spending time with her two teenage children, running, cooking and exploring the diversity of San Diego via farmers markets, hiking trails, and outdoor events.

Jerry Rudick - CEO

As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of CEG Capital Partners, Jerry focuses on the sourcing and acquisition of investment opportunities and construction management operations. Jerry has had a varied career in real estate, beginning with the entitlement and development of luxury single family and multi family residential. Over the last decade, he has transitioned into acquiring underperforming commercial properties and successfully repositioning them into a portfolio of stabilized assets. Jerry's other business interests include the operation of a top performing insurance company and several luxury kitchen and bath showrooms. A San Diego native, he graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a degree in Political Science from UCLA. Proficient in five languages, Jerry has a passion for foreign studies and is an avid world traveller. His biggest passion is his 3 year old pup, Lucy, who can be found participating in the day to day operations at CEG.

Linda Mockler

Linda is the Senior Accountant for CEG Management and CEG Advisors. Having worked in property management in San Diego for the past 30 years, she possesses a breadth of experience with a strong understanding of commercial property accounting in addition to payroll services and office administration. Her many strengths include the timely preparation of monthly financial reports for each property, providing frequent updates to the CEG team to ensure company objectives are being met, creating and collecting on invoices and completing all bank and credit card reconciliations. Linda was born and raised in Iowa and then attended school in Minneapolis before moving to San Diego in 1983. She and her husband enjoy spending their free time with friends here in San Diego and visiting family across the country, including their two adult daughters who live in the pacific northwest.

Liz Franco

Liz is the Property Accountant for CEG Management, bringing over 9 years of commercial property accounting experience as she works together with Linda to provide accounting services for the CEG portfolio. Born and raised in San Diego, Liz attended Alliant International University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration with an Emphasis in Accounting. A native Spanish speaker, Liz enjoys spending time with her family in San Diego and Mexico.

Pat Geary - CEO, President

Pat is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of CEG Capital Partners, and also serves as President and CEO of CEG Advisors and CEG Management. Pat focuses on the sourcing and acquisition of new investment opportunities, leading the company's brokerage and management platforms and developing and managing investor and client relations. A commercial real estate professional since 2005, Pat has been involved in the acquisition, stabilization, disposition, management and leasing of more than $450 million in transaction volume, consisting of 3.5 million square feet, over 100 escrows and 500+ leases.
