Henry is a rising star adept at navigating the heavily-regulated landscape of compensation and benefit related matters. Henry provides counsel and direction to clients along the full spectrum of benefit and compensation matters, including agency investigations of plans, the formulation and operation of equity-based and incentive compensation structures, and the benefits- related facets of M&A transactions, e.g., 280G and 4999 analyses and solutions. He works with a diverse clientele, ranging from large corporations to small businesses and start-ups, tax-exempt organizations, boards, and executives. Henry's technical proficiency enables him to offer comprehensive insight into the design and operation - and comparative pros and cons - of various benefit plan designs, including top hat and defined benefit pension plans, 401(k), 403(b), 409A and 457 arrangements. Henry's practice brings him into regular interaction with the IRS and DOL.

George Chimento and Robert Webb are each former partners in large downtown Boston firms who, in 2014, left their positions to co-found Chimento & Webb, P.C. They focus solely on ERISA, executive compensation, and employee benefits.
