Clean & Shine Enterprises, llc : A family owned/operated carpet cleaning and house cleaning company serving San Diego County for over 20 years!... It was the "Early 1990s Recession". Although we were collecting unemployment we felt the need to have our carpets cleaned to make us feel "civilized". A coupon offered "3 rooms at $10 each, satisfaction guaranteed". They ended up charging us over $200 and we had to call them back more than 3 times! In fact, the carpets seemed to be dirtier than when we first used their services. To make matters worse, our time limit for receiving government assistance was running out.
