Doug Worley is the oldest of 6 siblings, father of 6 children and grandfather to 5. This created a strong sense of family, leadership and loyalty in his life. Montana born and bred, he loves the great outdoors, fishing, hiking and hunting are favorite pastimes. Doug's professional background includes management, medical, including clinical instruction and respiratory therapy. For 25 years he has refined his customer service skills in the retail and medical fields. Doug is passionate about people. Guiding, helping, and serving others is a leadership trait that is melded into his DNA. You cannot go wrong placing yourself in the capable hands of Mr. Worley.
Julie was born and raised in Missoula, MT. and she and her family are an integral part of the community. She is a mother of three and a grandmother of six beautiful grandchildren. Julie truly believes in the Golden Rule, and in the importance of building relationships in all aspects of her life, whether personal or professional. Julie has 14 years' experience in the insurance industry and 29 years' experience as a small business owner. With that in mind, Julie is a force to be reckoned with in the local business community. In her free time, she loves to garden, read, cook, and spreading love to her family and friends.
Tabitha is the youngest member of Compass Insurance Group. She is the one that keeps our office running, and Julie fondly calls Tab her "right hand". She was born in Missoula, MT and has a large amount of close family here. A truly caring person, Tabitha loves spending time with her 3 beautiful daughters and 1 handsome son. She brings indispensable clarity, integrity, and hard work to everything she does, while taking care of all those in the Compass Group family.
