ETIP BIOENERGY

The ETIP Bioenergy is composed of a Steering Committee, Working Groups, an Advisory Board, a Coordination Group, a Stakeholder Plenary Meeting, and a Secretariat. It is currently supported by an Horizon2020 funded project ETIP Bioenergy-SABS (Support of Advanced Bioenergy Stakeholders 2016-17). The following figure reflects the organizational structure of the ETIP Bioenergy... The ETIP Bioenergy works closely with related European Technology (and Innovation) Patforms (ETIPs and ETPs) (such as the ETIP on Renewable Heating and Cooling (RHC-ETIP), the ETP for Sustainable Chemistry (SusChem), and the 'Plants of the Future' ETP) to identify gaps and synergies in biorefinery R&D&D. The ETIP Bioenergy also liaises with the European Energy Research Alliance (EERA) as well as ERA-NET Bioenergy and contributes extensively to consultations on the availability and certification of sustainable bioenergy feedstocks, including lignocellulosic materials and novel biomass resources, such as algae.....
