Ann is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults and couples. In addition, she has enjoyed the opportunity to provide therapy to first responders.
Her areas of clinical interest include ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, divorce issues, couples therapy and parenting issues.
In addition to working in an outpatient setting, Ann has experience working with in-home family therapy and inpatient mental health care. Ann also has further training in Trauma counseling and counseling Police Officers.
Her goal as a therapist is to allow people the space to feel supported and understood. Ann believes that her clients and parents are the experts on their situation and her role is to educate, collaborate and support the client and/or family to facilitate change. Ann uses a combination of therapeutic techniques to best help each person's individual needs.
Jen is a licensed clinical social worker who works with adult individuals, couples and adolescents.
She has experience working with life transitions, anxiety, depression, aging, and caregiver issues. Her particular areas of interest include gender and sexual identity, relationship issues, family issues, problems with attachment, and eating problems.
Jen believes that her clients are the experts in their own lives and that her job as a therapist is to help them to look at old problems in new ways.
She uses primarily psychodynamic and attachment approaches, as well as mindfulness and cognitive behavioral tools when appropriate. Regardless of theory or technique, she works to create a warm, safe, comfortable space where clients feel able to think and talk about vulnerable topics.
Jen believes that her relationship with the client is the foundation of that space and the most basic, important aspect of the therapy.

Nicole is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with children, adolescents, adults, and couples in private practice.
She also has experience working in treatment fostercare, in an outpatient hospital setting, as well as providing supervision of an in-home therapy program.
Her areas of clinical interest/specialized practice include depression, anxiety, trauma, divorce adjustment, blending families, parenting and couple's therapy.
Nicole's goal as a therapist is to bring experienced insight to the situations and problems of her clients. She believes that progress occurs when people are helped to recognize and enhance their strengths, empowering them to arrive at their own solutions. She has a collaborative approach, working as a partner with her clients to clearly identify conflicts and set short term goals. She believes it is important to focus on the future by building upon each individual's life experiences, skills and values.
