Leonard has been a prominent specialist in urban multi-unit residential investment properties in Toronto for over 28 years. He moved to Toronto from LA in his mid-20s after spending his youth surfing big waves and observing real estate speculators profit from the transitioning of Santa Monica and Venice Beach. Leonard quickly fell in love with Toronto's historic Victorian homes and bought his first property within three months of arriving, using a credit card advance. He started acquiring and restoring properties in up-and-coming areas like Parkdale, Leslieville, and the Annex, which are now some of the trendiest neighborhoods in the city. Since then, he has expanded his portfolio to include properties in urban markets both domestically and internationally. Leonard is skilled in all aspects of real estate, from renovation to tenant management and financing, and is known for his ability to close deals when others can't.
Meir Gluzberg is a driven entrepreneur who founded and served as the CEO of WebAffairs Inc. before entering the real estate industry. His prior experience includes developing web solutions for Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Canada, and he holds a Business and a Masters degree from York University. Despite his academic achievements, Meir credits his competitive swimming and military training for instilling in him a rigorous and committed framework. He is also on the executive board of the Canada Israel Chamber of Commerce. Meir Gluzberg currently lives in Central Toronto and Tel-Aviv with his wife and four children, where he indulges in his passions for vintage cars and great food.
Vicky Tal has a deep understanding of the importance of family in the home buying and selling process. After earning her BA from the University of Michigan, Vicky started her career in advertising before becoming one of the top five agents at Harvey Kalles Real Estate Inc. After five years, she opened Forest Hill Downtown in 2012 and now serves as Managing Partner. In this role, Vicky is responsible for training new agents and providing day-to-day mentoring. Her success in selling has consistently ranked her in the top 1 percentile of highest dollar sales in the GTA, as reported by TREB.
