We have designed the Fornelia Mini Open having in mind that a conventional oven takes 3 hours to well cook 4.2 KG of meat. So, when loaded at 4.2 Kg of meat the time to cook is 3 hours. If we put only 2 Kg the time is around 2 hours during a sunny day. It will take little more (30 minutes) if the sun comes and goes at 50% of the time. For fish it will take one hour and for bread aslo 1 hour...
