Alicia Ryan-Davis is our Chief People Officer who leads the People & Culture function (HR, Health & Safety and Communications) across Oceania.
As the leader of the People functions her focus is to ensure, in partnership with her team, that we deliver on the employee experience and maintain a high level of engagement across the business. This is to foster the unique culture and ‘magic' that is at the core of Frucor Suntory.
An advocate for creating workplaces where people can thrive and be their best, Alicia has a passion empowering top talent to achieve performance-driven outcomes within an FMCG operation. Complimentary to this is the cultivation of a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture that contributes to the communities we serve.
She has an extensive career within the FMCG industry and has held leadership positions at Coca Cola Europacific Partners and Snack Brands Australia.
Allison Yorston is our Chief Marketing Officer and leads the marketing team with a Gemba centric approach; encouraging her team to embrace new strategic platforms that drive relevance with our consumers and moves our business forward with agility.
Allison recently led the Energy and Transformation portfolio to new heights, reigniting consumer love for V Energy with a renewed focus on bringing them back into the brand with the return of the V Energy ‘Bugs', from one of Australia and New Zealand's most loved ad campaigns, to launch V Refresh.
She has also been instrumental in the growth of our own Suntory BOSS coffee, which is now firmly established as the most popular ready to drink coffee beverage across Australia and New Zealand.
Allison has a strong history within the FMCG industry, having worked with many blue chip companies, including Unilever, Arnotts, Fonterra and Sanitarium.
Darren Fullerton is our Chief Executive Officer and has led the Oceania business since 2020, introducing a renewed vision for the company and key strategic initiatives to unlock our growth and potential.
Drew Fairnham - Chief Commercial Officer
Drew Fairnham is our Chief Commercial Officer and leads the Sales and Operations team across the region with a customer-centric approach to day-to-day activities.
Drew is dedicated to developing our people to maximise performance and opportunity for both the employee and business.
A natural people leader, Drew plays a crucial role in ensuring the organisation is connected and aligned to achieve sustainable profit growth.
He has more than 20 years' FMCG experience and brings with him a wealth of knowledge in sales, marketing and general executive management including leadership roles at PepsiCo and Mrs Mac's.

- Chief Supply Chain Officer
Ian Roberts is the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Frucor Suntory Oceania.
He leads Oceania's supply chain, including our beverage production facility in Wiri, New Zealand and our new Swanbank facility in Ipswich, Queensland which launches in mid-2024 to support our upcoming multi-beverage portfolio. Ian also leads our logistics network linking our suppliers to our facilities and servicing our customers with our finished products.
Kasey McPherson is our General Counsel for Oceania, where she plays a critical role in overseeing and enhancing our in-house legal and compliance functions.
Drawing from her extensive legal background within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, Kasey takes the lead in shaping our legal strategy, managing litigation matters, and strategically mitigating risks and demonstrating how legal support creates business value. She is a highly regarded member of both the Oceania Executive Leadership Team and the SBF APAC Legal Leadership Team.
Kasey's diverse legal career spans across New Zealand, the UK, and Australia, where she has collaborated with industry-leading companies such as Diageo, Britvic and Coca-Cola European Partners. A native Kiwi, her local perspective and global experience bring a distinctive dimension to our legal operations.

Ruth Muller is our Chief Research and Development Officer and leads product innovation. Ruth has been a crucial player across many key projects including Frucor Suntory's transition to rPET packaging and new product formulations like V Refresh, V Sugar Free Blue and flavoured NZ Natural sparkling water.
Passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, she is a leading voice within the Frucor Suntory Inclusion Council. This includes sharing learnings from her own lived experience with neurodivergence, and how that has shaped her as a leader.
She has impressive experience in FMCG roles in Australia with Campbell Arnott's and Unilever in Germany.
Tom Santoki is our Chief Financial Officer and leads the Finance function across the Oceania region.
