Chad Francis

Chad spent 25 years in the Army as a Sergeant First Class, the last 10 years running the marksmanship and competition program for the Missouri Army National Guard. He started shooting 3 gun in 2008 and started putting on matches in 2010. Chad serves as the Match Director for the Generation III Gun Championship and handles all sponsorships. Chad is a Founder of Generation III Gun, Inc and serves on the Board. He is married to Julie, a father of 3 wonderful girls, one of which (Katie) is a competitive shooter. In his professional life he is a private security manager.

David Power - President

  • Vice President of Sales for Oneida Molded Plastics
David Power is the Vice President of Sales for Oneida Molded Plastics, LLC (OMP). OMP is a firearms component supplier of plastics injection molded parts, assembly, and decorating to several major OEM companies in the firearms industry. David has been a sponsor, competitor, range officer, range master, and match director for numerous matches all over the country for over 15 years. He also is the founder and lead for the Industry Choice Awards Evaluations. David is probably best known for the famous "HIT" calls that he bellows at any competition.

Jeff Welsh - Founder, Treasurer

Jeff founded Generation III Gun, Inc in 2013 with Chad and Jesse and serves on its Board. He runs the business end of the company, and sends out scholarships to the juniors. He is also allowed to keep the grass mowed at the range. Working in the banking industry for the last 30 years, Jeff became involved in 3 gun in 2009. Jeff calls Lake of the Ozarks home and he has one son. The inspiration behind the name of the organization (Generation III Gun, Inc.) came from Jeff, his father, John and his son Jack all shooting 3 gun competitively at the same time.

Jessie Tischauser

This former Army Staff Sergeant grew up around guns in the home of a firearms dealer. Jesse made an immediate and profound impact on the world of 3 Gun, but also is involved in many different shooting disciplines. Jesse is best known and most often imitated for his promotion of sponsors and his prolific online presence. In his private time, he is involved in the nursery business in Guthrie, Oklahoma with his wife Tara. Jesse is a Founder of Generation III Gun, Inc.

JJ Bradshaw

J. J. Bradshaw is a semi-retired Electronics Engineer living in Rolla, MO. He is a life member of Central Ozarks Practical Shooters, and Gadsden Shooting Center. He is a USPSA CRO; Pistol, SCSA, and III-Gun. His first USPSA competition was in 1998; first major III-Gun was 2009. He attended all the GIIIG matches, since inception. J.J. works III-Gun, SCSA, and USPSA matches, usually as Mr.Fixit. That way he can still support the sport, which he loves, and still visit with his friends in the III-Gun community. He is an avid Skeet and Sporting Clays participant (no running on uneven terrain required).

Sandra Orvig

Job Titles:

Sandra Orvig is the Range Director for the Foothills Public Shooting Complex of Cleveland County, NC, the largest public outdoor facility in the southeast. She has grown the range to add educational programs, built skeet/trap and 5-Stand and a 3-D archery course. In addition, she brought competition to the Complex and encourages junior shooters in all shooting sports. Sandra has been competing in USPSA since 2003. She moved to 3-Gun in 2007. She has been doing Administration for Generation 3 Gun since its inception and joined the Board of Directors in 2017. She continues to donate her time as the Statistician for the Generation 3 Gun Championship as well as other 3 Gun events including Zombies in the Heartland and Tarheel Pro Am to name a few. Sandra currently resides in York, SC.

Terry Dalton

Terry Dalton lives on a family farm in southwest Missouri with his wife and 3 kids where they raise beef cattle and chickens. He works at the family's limestone quarry as well. Terry has been involved in the shooting sports for many years including Rimfire Challenge, USPSA, and 3-gun. Traveling extensively with his daughters as they competed in matches all over the United States. He enjoys helping with match operations and photographing as many matches as possible.
