Drew Gillingwators

Drew started running CNC machines in high school working at Duncan Models, a military spares supplier, in Upland, California and later did a formal apprenticeship with Ray Duncan after college. He then developed his skills in Silicon Valley working in the semiconductor industry. He was the foreman and programmer at RSJ Machining for several years before moving to Jackson, Wyoming in 2000. He was employed at Life Link as a machinist in the prototype department making plastic injection molds and production tooling. He then started GH2O in 2005 to service the needs of Square One System Design, a robotic solutions company also based in Jackson. He sensed that Square One was growing quickly enough to support a high tech machine shop and he was correct!

Joe Peterson

Joe is a journeyman machinist who grew up working in his father's machine shop in Bloomington, Indiana. He has been running Haas equipment since 1998. He has also worked at large shops in New Hampshire and Wisconsin before joining GH2O in 2013. He is gifted at trouble shooting programs and is excellent at optimizing cycle time. He is very diligent at doing first article inspections to ensure that we are making the parts to spec.

McKenzie Keith

McKenzie was previously employed at Epsilon Technology, one of our customers, assembling extensometers and using their machining tools. His knowledge of Epsilon's product line is invaluable when we run production parts for them since he knows how the parts go together. McKenzie is a jack of all trades. He can crank out a prototype part on the manual mill, run parts on the CNC mills and lathe and he is a skilled TIG welder. In his freetime, he tries to ski 100 days a year and enjoys rock climbing in the summertime.
