Hatch Outwest Precision LLC is a family operated business located in Dayton, Idaho that was started in 2015. It is owned by Josh and Jared Hatch. Several family members also assist with the day to day operations. The main focus was to produce one bipod that could do it all. Josh is an avid hunter and was constantly looking for a bipod that would fit his style of hunting. He was tired of having missed opportunities for a shot at a trophy animal when trying to set up in rough terrain. He started trying to find a bipod that would be quick to set up and would also have a huge height range. He could not find one, so he decided to make one with the help of Jared, who programs the machines to make parts.
