Mark Bratton's introduction to the development world came in the late '70s working as a carpenter on his family's developments in California and in Hawaii. He relocated to Hawaii to begin his career after obtaining a formalized education in Real Estate Investment and Development from San Diego State University. Mark has experience in assisting with local bank loans, insurance costs, CMBS loans, and detailed loan assumption processes.

Mike Perkins joined Mark in 2018, who brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate development experience to The Bratton Team. Having also been raised in a commercial real estate family, Mike Perkins has also enjoyed a successful career developing commercial projects in all asset classes in Northern Nevada and Northern California prior to relocating to Oahu.
