Damon Williams - SVP, VP

Damon Williams is the Senior Vice President of Heritage Finance Holdings. He has a wide base of real estate development, wholesale mortgage lending, and public-private economic development consulting spanning a 20-year career. Williams has a background in investment banking, executive positions in local/state government, and has structured billions of dollars in successful public-private partnerships. As an operations professional, Damon has spearheaded large-scale management and logistics operations across the globe resulting in awards and recognition including the Navy Achievement Medal and recognition by the Secretary of Homeland Security. These skill sets have done much in leveraging Heritage Finance Holding's capabilities to achieve economic stability and exploit opportunities for sustained growth as a company.

Dannin Harris

Dannin Harris is an athlete turned entrepreneur has built a reputation for being reliable, skillful, and effective. After graduating from Texas Southern University, Dannin took the plunge into entrepreneurship by becoming an independent dealer specializing in the sale of luxury motorcars. Dannin's most recent endeavor is a partnership with Heritage Private Equity Group. Harris' enjoys finding ways to help others meet their personal goals, and his ability to identify business opportunities has made him a highly sought relationship manager within his network of athletes, entertainers, and entrepreneurs.

David Harris - Chairman

David Harris serves as Chairman of Heritage Finance Holdings. David is a dynamic entrepreneur and innovative business strategist who has created successful enterprises in industries ranging from staffing to retail to facilities management to technology. He has been well served by his talent for envisioning marketable concepts and developing them into viable commercial realities. Harris brings over 30 years of experience in managing profitable businesses with a national footprint. Prior to founding Heritage , Harris founded and managed BestStaff, the largest minority-owned personnel staffing firm in the South with offices in Houston, Dallas, Beaumont, Orlando, Atlanta and Baltimore. He co-founded and led BTS Team, one of America's largest property management firms, managing over 10,000 properties in 15 states for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Deon Warner

T. Deon Warner earned a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder Campus, in 1981 and earned a JD from Howard University in 1984. Deon's legal career began in 1986 with Andrews & Kurth L.L.P. in Houston, Texas, where he was a partner in the corporate and securities group from 1992-1997. Deon was appointed by the Governor of Texas to the Texas State Securities Board 1991-1997 - and served as chairman from 1995 to 1997. Deon is a member of the Colorado bar and Texas bar. Deon's primary practice areas are mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, oil & gas transactions, securities law (Blue Sky, FINRA and SEC regulation), real estate transactions, corporate law (both for profit and non-profit) and partnership law.

PATRICIA JACKSON - President

Patricia's business acumen and straight-forward style in the oversight of investment opportunity evaluation and portfolio management are the entrepreneurial force behind several successful portfolio companies and integral to Heritage's success.

Ray Richardson - CEO

Ray Richardson has over 30 years of experience in the U.S. housing market. Mr. Richardson served as the principal advisor to the Deputy Assistant Secretary, Multifamily Housing. Having retired as Director of the Fort Worth Asset Mgmt. Division, Richardson oversaw a Multifamily Housing Asset Management program portfolio consisting of 3,484 developments across Texas, New Mexico, Arkansas, and Louisiana and having a market value in excess of $10 billion dollars.

Selwyn Blanchard

Selwyn Blanchard is a distinguished alumni of Memphis State University and has over 40 years of Accounting, Tax, and Audit Experience. After dedicating over 10 years to working with large accounting firms, Mr. Blanchard opened his practice in 1983. His career has afforded him the opportunity to work across Private, Non-Profit, and Government entities. He is certified in both the states of Tennessee and Texas. He is affiliated with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Houston Chamber of Commerce.
