Horn of Africa Services (HOAS) is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization founded in Seattle, Washington in 1992. Since its foundation the organization is actively and dedicatedly serving the community. HOAS impacted countless life through out the decades of its operation... At Horn of Africa Services we appreciate and would like to say thank you to all staffs and volunteers who dedicated their time to run Horn of Africa Services summer program smoothly... There are things that are changing so fast, and you need to get in touch with those who are aware of the change.
