Jericho Pharmacy was established in 2011. Our president, worked as a supervising pharmacist at National Chain Pharmacies for over 15 years. What he noticed was that in chain pharmacies, the focus was away from the client, and toward meeting these pre-specified quotas for prescriptions. It was a completely depersonalized system, where clients were identified merely by their prescription numbers. He realized that this depersonalized system is more susceptible to medication errors and client dissatisfaction. He envisioned a concierge pharmacy that would put their clients first, with competitive prices, free delivery. We have also instituted an automated system that speeds up the process and improves accuracy by verifying pill/pill count. We are growing mainly by word of mouth...
