Isaac Smith, Jr. is a managing partner of Legacy Real Property, LLC, involved in identification, acquisition and due diligence of new properties; and the statutory filings for existing properties. Isaac has been involved in the acquisition and managing of single and multifamily properties since 2002. He has over 20 years of experience in the banking and financial services industries working for a number of Fortune 500 companies. He is currently an assistant vice president with a regional bank. Additionally, he was a partner in the accounting firm Smith & Smith, Jr., responsible for performing accounting and tax preparation services for individuals and small businesses.
Isaac holds a B.S. degree in Accounting and an M.S. degree in Taxation from LIU Post. In 2008, he completed his studies in the American Bankers Association's Stonier Graduate School of Banking held at the University of Pennsylvania. Isaac is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA).
Lisa Urso have been involved in over 50 residential and multifamily redevelopment projects in the past five years, and actively invest in apartment communities in multiple states throughout the East Coast and Midwest. Aside from their own investing activities, they also provide consulting services and have mentored a group of active investors who have successfully acquired and re-positioned more than $55,000,000 in multifamily real estate assets in the past 3 years. Their expertise in all facets of multifamily investing gives us confidence that all of our acquisitions will be carefully evaluated and will have a well thought out business plan. Susanne Smith is a managing partner of Legacy Real Property, LLC, responsible for the analysis of emerging and stable U.S. markets; identification, due diligence, and acquisition of potential investments; communication with vendors and financial institutions; and oversight of property managers. Susanne has been involved in the acquisition and management of single and multifamily properties since 2002. In addition to their business portfolio, Susanne is using her personal portfolio to partner with a group of investors on a 70-unit, cardinal style apartment complex in Panama City, FL.
Susanne has 11 plus years of experience as an internal auditor in the banking and transportation industries, and five plus years of experience as the Membership Director of a private, membership, home design and remodeling center where she was twice recognized on the corporate level as a top sales performer. Susanne holds a B.B.A. degree in Accounting from Baruch College, City University of New York. She is an inactive Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
