Our company was established in 1997 by Captain Alexander L. Dmitriev. Captain A.Dmitriev had more than 15 years of sea experience on various vessels including cargo and cruise vessels. LIBRA LLC is a private Company duly licensed by Ukrainian Ministry of Labour, Licence No.AB 585140 , issued on 28.04.2012... The main activity of our crewing department is recruitment of seafarers of all ranks from Master to steward and crewing for ship-owners / ship-managers for all types of vessels. We understand that the recruitment of highly-qualified seafarers is of vital importance to efficient and safe shipping.
