MAK DEVELOPMENT GROUP - Key Persons
Michael Kim, President and Founder of MAK Development Group has been developing real estate properties in the Greater Houston area since the mid 1990's. Over that time, he has cultivated and continues to maintain an ongoing and positive relationship with many of the top homebuilders (locally and nationally), banks, private lenders, private equity firms, investors, and various governmental agencies on the local, state, and national levels.
Prior to forming MAK Development Group (Formerly known as Landquest Development Group) in 2005, Michael started his land development career in the mid 1990's and primarily providing Fee Development, Project Management, and Brokerage Services for landowners and builders. He then joined one of the nation's largest Master Planned Community developers in 1999 in which he served as both Development Manager and Vice President of Operations, and was involved in the successful delivery of several premier Master Planned Communities within the Greater Houston area including Cinco Ranch, Telfair, Seven Meadows, and Grayson Lakes.
Additionally, Michael successfully managed the development of several "High Density Urban Infill" products within the City of Houston, and a Coastal Waterfront Development which required the careful coordination with the U.S Army Corp of Engineers.
