Twenty-one years as a rated U.S. Coast Guard Machinery Technician specializing in Marine Propulsion Systems, Patrol Vessel Maintenance and Commercial Vessel Inspections. Proven leadership and experience in the maritime industry, Engineering Department Head and Command Chief at U.S. Coast Guard Station Monterey, CA. Twelve years as JAXPORT Marine Patrol Unit Supervisor, patrol vessel operator, outboard mechanic and vessel preventative maintenance technician.
Frank served as an Aviation Warfare Specialist and Helicopter Rescue Swimmer in the US Navy before founding Maritime Support Leasing. He is a fourth-generation Navy veteran with a lifetime of experience caring for water and air transportation vessels. Frank understands the importance of his clients' missions and the complexity of modern workboats.

Justin Baumgartner served 20 Honorable years in the United States Coast Guard as a marine Mechanic. During his tenure he achieved the title as a Machinery Technician first class. He has completed several technical schools including Catapillar, Paxman and Yanmar Diesel engines, Honda marine, Mercury Marine and Evinrude multi fuel engine schools. He also was a Federal Boarding Officer and part of an elite tactical team that successfully prosecuted and confiscated over 13 tons of illegal narcotics.
Todd has spent 25 years as a multifaceted marine engineer and business owner, mastering every aspect of marine maintenance. His expertise includes working with large organizations as well as small local concerns.
