Jerry has over two decades of experience in commercial real estate brokerage and is an essential reason why Mathias Partners' clients have come to value our services. He specializes in commercial leasing and sales transactions for office, retail and industrial product. He also has extensive experience in site selection and investment sales throughout the southwestern United States.
Jerry has developed a diverse knowledge and expertise, covering virtually the full spectrum of the commercial real estate sales and leasing field. He has a proven track record of saving clients time and money on their commercial real estate transactions.
A lifelong Austinite, Jerry is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and member of the Commercial Brokers Associates (CBA) and Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (CTCAR).
Lori is responsible for the management of day-to-day operations within the office, which entails coordinating schedules, tax preparation, bookkeeping and a multitude of other accounting and financial services essential to the business' and its affiliated entities' life structure.
Lori's professional experience includes working for several Financial Planning and small CPA firms. Lori has an unparalleled talent for what she does and brings true efficiency to the workplace, offering innovative accounting solutions designed to provide small business owners with quality bookkeeping services.
She has a BS in Financial Services from Texas Tech University, along with a Masters in Training and Development from Texas A&M University. She is originally from College Station and has been living in Austin for the past ten years. She is a member of The Junior League of Austin and a longtime donor and volunteer with The Eanes Education Foundation.
Matt is co-founder and general partner of numerous brokerage, development and investment entities which spread across a number of markets types. Developments include RIATA, Austin's largest multi-family community consisting of 2,100 multi-family homes with extensive amenities. RIATA Partners was also chosen for a public/ private partnership with the Austin Revitalization Authority to design and develop Eleven East, a mixed-use development, winning best mixed use development from the Austin Business Journal. These entities have received both local and national awards for being Best-In-Class.
Matt is a native Austinite, University of Texas graduate and the founder of Mathias Partners. Matt is actively involved in Mathias Partners' commercial real estate brokerage services, ensuring nothing less than the highest level of personal service for all clients.
Matt has previously served as president of the Austin Commercial Real Estate Society (ACRES) and the Commercial Brokers Association. He has served on the Board of Directors of Real Estate Council of Austin and is a past member of the Economic Development Committee of the Austin Chamber of Commerce, as well as many civic organizations. Co-Star and the Austin Business journal have named Matt and Mathias Partners in the "Top Five Commercial Brokerage Firms" and as a "Power Broker" multiple times.

Michael Levy is a seasoned real estate veteran with nearly 20 years of experience in leasing, development and investment across all product types.
As President and Chief Operating Officer, Michael oversees Mathias Partners' investment and development, asset management, and capital markets activities.
He is responsible for sourcing and executing debt and equity investments across a variety of real estate product types. This includes entitlement work, investment and acquisition analysis, financial underwriting and deal structuring, debt and equity financing, asset management, and investor relations.
As a broker, Michael has represented office, industrial and retail tenants in their search for lease space as well as buyers and sellers with the acquisition or disposition of assets including land, office, retail, multifamily and investment properties. He has represented local companies, private investors, institutional clients and Fortune 500 companies with their commercial real estate brokerage requirements.
Michael received an undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas and an active member of the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA), the Commercial Brokers Association of Austin (CBA), and the Austin Commercial Real Estate Society (ACRES).
