MIPT was founded in 2000 to provide quality physical therapy in the form of old-fashioned house calls to primarily older and frail adults who have difficulty going out in their community for these services. We believe this type of accommodation is desperately needed to help them live well at home for as long as possible... Our mission is to enable people with complex medical conditions to improve their quality of life by achieving their goals through effective physical therapy interventions... We named our practice McCarthy's Interactive Physical Therapy because we specialize in assessing how people interact with their environment and because we interact with a wide variety of people in order to provide quality care for quality living.
