Christopher McOuat

Christopher McOuat joined Mintz Global Screening in 2011 and is currently in the role of National Director of Compliance and Quality Control. Based out of our Toronto office, he started his career with the organization as a Customer Service/Quality Control Manager and was effective in implementing an enterprise wide Customer Service and Quality program based on ISO standards. After spending nearly a decade doing extensive training in quality management and health and safety programs, Christopher has proven his expertise on the field. With over 14 years of experience in the staffing industry, he is recognized for his ability to be proactive in addressing issues before problems arise. He has received numerous accolades and awards for his performance in the area of compliance and controls. Christopher McOuat is a graduate of the Human Resource Management program at Durham College.

Costa Psicharis - CIO

On joining Mintz Global Screening in 2001, Mr. Psicharis was responsible for overseeing the management of all IT related products and services for the Pre-Employment division.

Daniel Fallows

Mr. Fallows is responsible for our overall operations and business development. He has been with Mintz Global Screening (through Keyfacts) since 1988 and has held a variety of supervisory and management positions within all areas of the company. Daniel Fallows is a Partner of the Mintz Group and the Executive Director of Mintz Global Screening. Mr. Fallows is based out of our Toronto location and has been with the company since 1988 holding an array of supervisory and management positions. In his current role as Executive Director, he has the overall responsibility for the Canadian organization from an operational, sales and technology standpoint. Mr. Fallows has led the organization to be on the forefront of the background screening industry by understanding the necessity of sound/secure business practices, being a visionary to recognize the need for quality at every step of the screening process expecting quality results and encouraging an entrepreneurial spirit. As a founding member (and past Chair) of the Canadian chapter of the Professional Background Screening Association (PSBA), past Board Member of PBSA and Past-Chair for the Global Advisory Council, he has worked closely with others in our industry to improve screening overall in Canada (and worldwide) through education, best practices and ethical behaviour.

Marie-France Chénier-Proteau - CHRO

Marie-France studied ESG Business Administration and HR profile at UQAM (University of Quebec in Montreal). Marie-France is a wonderful personality, and we are happy to have her on the team. She is respected in her role, and we will keep assisting her in developing professionally.

Sara Parkinson

Ms. Parkinson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. After completing a double major in Law & Sociology at York University, Sara began her career in the Beauty Industry as an Account Manager for a large Canadian based company.

Sherilyn Tobin

Sherilyn Tobin started with Mintz Global Screening in 2018 as the Accounting Manager. With her strong passion for her role and the business she quickly grew to become the Director of Accounting. She manages a team of 4 individuals that assist in the accounting and finance sector of the business. Sherilyn has helped her team at MGS through a number of changes, including personnel changes, the hiring of a new CFO, modifications to the accounting system, and departmental expansion. She is fun, helpful and not afraid to get her hands dirty if the need arises. She supports her team as much as possible and takes her role very seriously. Sherilyn didn't get to the level she is at without a lot of hard work. She has her Canadian Bookkeeper Certificate as well as being a part of the Certified Professional Bookkeepers of Canada. She completed all of this while working and taking care of 2 children. Her passion and dedication shows on a daily basis and she is an indispensable member of the MGS team.
