Founder and CEO, Chris Fox, has over 20 years of industry experience including sales management with various retail and wholesale lending institutions. Chris graduated from the University of Missouri - Columbia with a Finance Degree and earned his MBA at the University of South Florida. Chris oversees the operational functions of the company including pricing analytics, underwriting, investor relations, and financial reporting and analysis. In addition to managerial duties Chris is heavily engaged in business development and mentorship.
Chris played baseball and rugby in college and played club rugby until his late 30's. He currently coaches Rugby 7's and enjoys distance running, crossfit, and anything else that sort of hurts. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time with his wife, Melissa and daughters, Keira and Kinley.

David joined F&B Financial Group in 2019, having been a client for several years prior. David honed his customer service skills as manager and head coach at a boutique gym for the 10 years prior to entering the mortgage industry.
David graduated from Principia College in 2004 with a Bachelor's in Religion. David was also a highly competitive soccer player, going on to play semi-professional soccer. After finishing his soccer career, he competed in the CrossFit World Championships multiple times. David enjoys spending his time outside work with his wife and two sons.!

As a Senior Mortgage Banker with F&B Financial Group, Joann has over 16 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Joann works tirelessly to provide her clients and referral partners with a "hands-on" approach and her real-estate industry expertise. She strives to ensure her clients receive a positive experience and great customer service from start to finish. She wants to ensure that her wide array of clients, including investors and first-time home buyers, receive a customized solution for their mortgage needs.
Joann, along with her partner, Matt Scott, have provided clients with home financing services, including purchasing strategies and debt consolidation. Their business has been built by the referral of satisfied, past clients and by trusted industry partners. Joann and her team's attention to detail ensures that all important timelines are met during the loan cycle process.
Matt has been a Sr. Mortgage Banker/Vice President with F&B Financial Group for over twelve years and a Mortgage Advisor for over eighteen offering a tireless work ethic, hands-on approach with his clients to ensure accuracy from start to finish. He is service driven to meet deadlines and has strong attention to detail. He takes pride in ensuring the customer has a great experience!
His extensive experience with buying strategies for primary homes, second homes or investment properties has provided invaluable knowledge to the many first-time homebuyers, real estate investors and current home owners looking to upgrade to meet the demands of their growing family and business needs. Currently, the primary focus of the mortgage market is purchase and debt consolidation/reduction. A majority of Matt's business originates from client and partner referrals. Prior to becoming a loan officer, I was a seasoned processor which means that I know underwriting guidelines and can make sure that solutions are found quickly and that each solution is accurate.
My goal is to simplify the process and I'm passionate about helping you achieve your goal of home ownership. This is my job and most importantly, I love doing it. With over 15 years in the mortgage industry, I've been over the ups and downs and through the twists and turns. Mike on-boarded with F&B Financial Group in April of 2015, and obtained his Mortgage Loan Originator License in December of 2015. He began his career with F&B Financial Group as Chris Fox's assistant and is excited to excel in his role as a loan officer in 2016. Mike brings a relentless work ethic to the team and is passionate in his approach to educate clients about the mortgage industry. He continually strives to maximize customer experience and satisfaction by putting client's needs first and is always willing to go the extra mile.
Mike graduated from the University of Illinois at Springfield in 2012 and received a Bachelor's in Communication and a Minor in Management. In addition to his studies, Mike was a student-athlete on the golf team. Outside of the office Mike enjoys socializing, traveling, exercising, and playing golf.
As a 20 year veteran of the mortgage industry, I've dedicated my professional life to simplifying the mortgage process for homebuyers and homeowners alike. I started my career at a local mortgage company, Doering Mortgage, in the early 1990's. I focused my time on creating a personalized experience for each customer. By joining F&B Financial Group, I've been fortunate enough to continue that personalized approach. I have extensive experience with buyers in all stages of homeownership and especially enjoy working with first-time homebuyers. Buying or refinancing your home can be a complicated journey. I take pride in guiding you through the complex lending landscape whether that means finding the best product or explaining the ever-changing mortgage process.
I'm a proud, lifelong resident of St. Louis and currently reside in St. Louis Hills. I enjoy exploring everything our city has to offer. I love spending time with my daughters Chrissy, Katie and Laura, golfing with my husband Bryan and chasing my grandson John around Willmore Park.
